Decent coffee and this review is not a reflection of the staff. But the rules for reusable cups are incomprehensible. Staff tried to double charge me for a reusable cup I had bought at this exact shop a day ago and then refused to put the coffee into the reusable cup. Which kind of defeats the purpose of the cup.

They refuse to take reusable cups, except if you buy their own cups. But guess what, when we went back a day later with 5he reusable cup we bought there, they said they don't accept any reusable cups at all - only cups that have never been used before!!!

Waited 30 min to get 2 drinks, inside. Didn't get them. The staff was to busy with door dash and the pick up window to bother to service the people inside. The people in front of my order didn't get their full order. Another lady in front of us that was in there before I even order. Just walked out after asking the staff if her order was next. This after 20 mins I Knew of, the staff said, yes yours is next up. And then continued to make 3 more door dash orders. She left. We never got our drinks. And they didn't give us our money back. Never going there again.

We stopped to grab coffee and decided to use the drive through. They were slammed and it took awhile but the baristas kept it together and worked like a pretty fantastic team! The drinks were great
Incredibly slow and they don't even know how to make their own food. Older lady working the drive through had no idea that they even had redbull drinks and after giving me the wrong one the first time, made it incorrectly the next (it was literally just redbull in a cup with ice.) I ordered 3 sandwiches and only received 2. She told me I'd have to pull around if I wanted the third. Of the 2 sandwiches, one was cold and one was missing ingredients. All of this after waiting in line for over 30 minutes. Would not recommend this location at all.

The Traverse City Biggby Coffee House they are fantastic there. i have never had a problem, not once they always hire such sweet people. Remember to give him a tip they are extremely nice and treat you very well
Vegetarian options: Almond milk option oat milk
Kid-friendliness: Magic milk for kids, among other drinks and food
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking up close and ramp, they could use a door push button, though I happen to be handicapped and that was the only problem I saw
