The food is good, the drinks are great, and the service was exceptional! I was unable to pickup a surprise bag in time due to unexpected circumstances, and instead of losing out, the owner made it a point to reach out to me and make things right! The staff were awesome! So fun and friendly! Talk about customer service!! Best location in Traverse City!

The coffee is absolutely terrible and I actually feel sick from 3-4 sips. I'm a barista, my body is very used to coffee. Idk what they put in that but it tasted horrible and it's actively hurting me.

Waited 15 or 20 minutes for single iced latte until they served 3 people that came in after me.. literally had to come to the counter and ask if they were making my order before they started, and then put milk in it instead of oat milk… worst experience you could possibly have at a simple little coffee shop. Absolute joke

Decent coffee and this review is not a reflection of the staff. But the rules for reusable cups are incomprehensible. Staff tried to double charge me for a reusable cup I had bought at this exact shop a day ago and then refused to put the coffee into the reusable cup. Which kind of defeats the purpose of the cup.

They refuse to take reusable cups, except if you buy their own cups. But guess what, when we went back a day later with 5he reusable cup we bought there, they said they don't accept any reusable cups at all - only cups that have never been used before!!!
Waited 10 mins for them to take my order 10 mins later still no drink.

Waited 30 min to get 2 drinks, inside. Didn't get them. The staff was to busy with door dash and the pick up window to bother to service the people inside. The people in front of my order didn't get their full order. Another lady in front of us that was in there before I even order. Just walked out after asking the staff if her order was next. This after 20 mins I Knew of, the staff said, yes yours is next up. And then continued to make 3 more door dash orders. She left. We never got our drinks. And they didn't give us our money back. Never going there again.
