Used to be great but last two times have been a huge disappointment. I usually just make these to remind myself to go back or not to go back. But for the details you want all the meat we ordered tasted old or stale like is was cooked the day before, then smeared and seared with BBQ sauce to reheat for us. The toughest ribs I had. Could barely cut them with a knife. Sides were stale. But your cornbread muffins were amazing. Service was standard/ good. Used to love going here. It show a lot that you care about reviews so that’s cool. Prices are high but fair for the food I used to get.

The first time we ate there it was fantastic! The burger was thick and cooked to perfection. The second time it was two preformed patties that were hockey picks and the burger was $20.. not worth $5... Had I only eaten there the first time it would have got 5 stars.. lol not now.. I would not recommend.

Decent eatery in TC. The brisket was great, but the bbq sauce tasted like barely flavored tomato paste. The sides were significantly overpriced. I would return to try again, but hopefully they won't be out of cornbread again.

The food heat was great, the pulled pork, melted in your mouth. The brisket was super tender. The ribs…mine were awesome, tender, juicy. My bf unfortunately had one that was half tender and half over cooked. I’m sure was a fluke. The whole hog quesadillas were fantastic as well. The staff were friendly. And the place was very busy. We got there at a good time with no wait, but it looked like there is usually a longer wait time.

We LOVE Blue Tractor. We always make time to go for dinner when we adventure up to Traverse City. It's our absolute favorite dinner spot. Service is always good and so is the food.

This has been our 3rd visit to this resturant over the past 7 yrs and the first time was great the second it was not so great and this 3rd time we thought we'd give it another chance by trying out the special menu for resturant week. It took a very long time for them to get over and take our orders....they were not full and it seemed that they had maybe 2 waitresses, the music was way too loud and it was giving 2 of us a headache, the light over the booth table is glaring right into your eyes and they really need to clean around ledges and stuff...filthy! The waitress was very helpful and nice. The fried green beans are really good! We had the 2 meats platters with mashed potato , asparagus and coleslaw. The chicken was the best, the brisket not that good and the pork was bland. The bbq sauce is very vingery....mashed potatoes were mediocre, coleslaw was so bland and dry it's like they literally just opened a bag of chopped cabbage and served it. The asparagus was good. My husband had the brisket and said it was mediocre and he felt the same way about everything else. My adult daughter was with us and tried it for the first time and her last. She liked the beans and chicken . We all ordered the special. I can definitely say we will not be coming back a 4th time. One thing I am sick of seeing at lots of businesses is ....being short staffed. The waitress most likely had more tables to wait on due to being short staffed, not her fault. But what is wrong with people now a days not wanting to work? It's frustrating waiting to be helped... busy or not because of lack of workers.
