The team at the Boathouse is great. We love dining there. Doug, Kelly, Ryan, Walter, Tim, and the whole team knows what a special event it is to eat out at their Restaurant. The ambiance, is fantastic, the food is so hour you will be talking about it for weeks. The service is perfect. I shouldn't give it such a rave review, it may prevent me from getting another reservation because it's booked up. But try anyway.
Their online menu is out of date - dish we both wanted wasn't available and their explanation was, “menu items change.” Then update your website. Relatively expensive with limited menu choices that may or may not be available. Service was slow. Too few staff to accommodate the dinner hour.
We had our anniversary dinner here. Surf n Turf for 2 was perfect steak. N lobster tail. Salad was super and we split the mushroom soup, which was delicious. Our server was attentive and did a super job. Dessert was Crème Brûlée...yummy! Eating on the porch with the beautiful view of the Bay made this a special experience.
