After being refused to be served, for no reason. Without a word we weren’t getting served. Asking for a different server. Most of the waitresses here are not nice especially our server, TAYLOR, who hasn’t came to us in an hour may be the worst service i have experienced in my entire life. I think she was mad we were asked to take an outside drink from a coffee shop outside - we did once my sister, who the drink belonged too, came back from the bathroom.

I used to stop coming here because I've gotten sick four different times, but since coming back twice, I've had the same server twice. His name is Logan such a sweetheart and he's great with service always has a smile on his face and just a great server in general if you come here I would definitely recommend having Logan serve your table

My daughter had a business trip to Traverse City and brought me along. We stopped a this establishment before hitting the road and we had the Best server ever name Sarah. She was friendly, attentive, sweet and cared for us and each customer she had in her section with class and grace. She deserves a 10 star 🌟

We had a party of approx 20 to celebrate a kids soccer game. The delay and amount of incorrect orders became concerning so a parent alerted management to get some assistance. One childs burger was incorrect twice despite the parent ordering it. The manager Danielle came to our table, not letting us fully explain, immediately passive aggressive with us and condensending as we tried to explain all the concerns. She was rude telling the parent with the twice incorrect burger that the parent is wrong because she (manager) cooked the burger herself. We have had several team meals, understand longer waits, and occasional mishaps but this was absolutely chaos. We were there mid-afternoon, a non busy time. Only the bar area filling up so the dining area only had two other tables with customers. Darnell the server started out strong taking orders in an organized manner, but things began going poorly when he started bringing out the sodas 45 minutes later. Our team manager was even helping serve the drinks to ensure all the kids got what their parents ordered. Nearly, Two hours went by before I even got my food which I took to go because everyone was ready to leave. This was a terrible experience and do not recommend anyone go to the South Airport Rd Traverse City location.

Paige was absolutely amazing. We are a tough crowd..... 12 people....loud and unruly. Paige didn't flinch once. She was fast, took accurate orders, and was always positive. She visited our table many times, and made everyone feel special. In a world of ever declining service, Paige brings hope to the service industry. The food was great and we will be back! Thanks BWW!!!!

At first, it seemed to be going well. Waitress was kind and was doing well. Thats about the end of it. Multiple tables were left dirty and not even cleared for the entire visit. We were there for about 90 min. Dirty napkins were left on the window sill, and a cobweb about 3 ft long hung from a ceiling light over our table. Food took a long time to come out and most of it was cold. Not impressed at all. If i could attach a pic, I would.

You get what you expect. Usually staff is nice and helpful (unless new server). Food has been the same since it opened as far as consistency goes. Both my young ones really dig it also.
