Got a #10 Fish sandwich, small fries& a sprite, large onion rings and a hersey pie. Everything was great but they forgot my hersey pie. Called them and they said that they needed my name and that it was in the customer log. And I had 30 days to get my pie. Now that's customer service.

I don't know. Some old lady yelled at us because I was on a bike in a drive thru. Why would you even take my order then you stupid? It's funny cuz we just went across the street and got the same exact shit at McDonald's 🤣🤣 this is why McDonald's will always be #1.

Ordered food plain on the app only to arrive in the drive thru and get sandwiches soaked in mayonnaise (severely allergic) almost had an allergic reaction on Garfield before spitting it all over my interior of my car in surprise. Went back and sat almost 40 minutes in a packed drive thru to get two lackluster floppy chicken sandwiches as a replacement.. At least the fries didn't try to unalive me

Came to the drive thru window was politely welcomed and then I told them that I wanted a coupon and gave them the number of the coupon and they had and additive and then when we asked a question about a strawberry shake and the he goes anything else like do you want any more food like he was really rude to me when I was in the drive thru

I came in to get a plain chicken sandwich and mozzarella sticks with a number 6. They messed up twice when I wanted just a plain chicken sandwich without the meal. This place will repeatedly mess up on your food. I don’t advise coming here again.
