This BK has one of the coolest Clubhouses I've ever seen. As soon as we walked in, my 4 year old son and I both were like, "Wow!" Clean, friendly environment.

Visited here tonight with the grandkids to a playhouse that had absolutely no heat on whatsoever! Upon talking with Alexis the manager ,she stated there was nothing she could do ,so I ask for her general managers number whose name was Rick ,who was not only short and sharp but did not offer to turn on the heat ! This is how children get sick ,I could have had them eat their dinner outside!He would not give me his superiors number so the better business bureau will be called on this company.I spent 35.00 on a not so fast food , after telling the kids they could play ,this will be the last time we or anyone we know will visit this establishment again.

I have been to this BK many times over the years but it's to a point that a review needs to be made. The food is constantly lukewarm, and always made incorrectly and not how I order it. This last time I stopped I decided to go inside to eat and order instead of the drive through. I went to take my son to the bathroom and there was feces all over the toilet seats and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. If this is what the bathroom looked like, I couldn't imagine what the kitchen and food staging area looks like. This was the straw that broke the camels back because normally I won't leave reviews but I have given this location too many chances and they just keep getting worse.
I went to the counter to let them know, and saw four people working but it took them about 90 seconds to come to the counter. One of them even made eye contact with me when I first got there. There was only one car in the drive through at the time and another at the drive through kiosk. I was the only one in the dining room area. I let the manager know about the poop smeared all over the toilets in the bathroom and didn't even get asked for my order before they turned around to go back to the food staging area. So I just left. Yikes.
The cost has gone up substantially while the quality is at an all time low. I hate myself every time I trick myself into thinking maybe this time will be different. The only difference is it gets worse every day.
The prior few trips through the drive through were duds. my fries were cold on one occasion and I had to just throw them away. The other time they didn't make my whopper how I ordered it and I had to backtrack a mile or two back after getting on the road. Other times they forget to even give me part of my order. What makes it disappointing is most of the time I am the only one in the ordering line so I just don't get hoe it can be messed up so badly.
Beware. This place is usually dead compared to the other fast food places around it. Culver's has lines out the door and into the street while this BK sits empty most evenings.
My kids even tell me how gross it is which says something. They are four and seven and even they know better.
