Dinning area floor was oily and slick. Order was for burgers off grill failed, revieved out of the warmer didn't melt cheese and tasted like cardboard.

The BBQ BRISKET WHOPPER I GOT 2 OF THEM YESTERDAY AND IT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDER SO I CALLED THERE YESTERDAY FOR ONE HOUR STRAIGHT AND NOBODY WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE SO I CALLED THEM TODAY AND THEY SAID THERE IS NOTHING THEY COULD DO FOR ME AND I WOULD HAVE GONE BACK UP THERE BUT I LIVE 28 MILES AWAY SO THINK ABOUT ABOUT WHAT YOU GET AND PLZ LOOK AT UR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THAT PLACE. I WILL NEVER EAT THER AGAIN CENTS THEY WON'T HELP FIX THE PROBLEM.

I will never go to this location again. They are racist!
I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal for 799 from the mobile app and use my code. I added Onion on it. While waiting for my sandwich, my fries were sitting on the counter getting cold. I finally got my sandwich went to sit down to eat, and there was no onion on it. I also received a bacon Swiss chicken sandwich. I politely went back to the counter and ask for onions on the side. I was provided moldy brown onions. I asked for my money back. After explaining this situation to the manager. She went and got another person from the restaurant who asked me what was wrong with the food. I proceeded to explain the same situation again. And was told that I’m getting my refund and I can be quiet and leave the store or they will call the police when I was the one asked again what was wrong with the order by someone else. I told her I was not talking to her. I was talking to him who asked me and then that is when another guy from the store comes out and says he will call the police and I told him to call the police because I am not doing anything wrong. They messed my order up. I am in town from Dallas, Texas. I don’t even live here. I am going to make sure that the media knows about this location because I don’t have time for this my following on all of my social media platform will know about this experience

This Burger King was well managed. I didn't know if they were expecting a few busses but there were alot of crew people and managers. Our food came up fast. It was good. The lobby had a few tables dirty. Which was weird for how many crew were working. The girl that waited on us was very nice. So the only reasons I didn't give it a 5 was because the food was close on holding times but still fine to serve. Just could have been more cook to order on fried stuff. 5 mins. makes a huge difference in taste. I'm not trying to be picky but this store is great and has alot of potential greatness ahead. It's just the manager in me! Thanks!
