I’m a New Yorker- born and raised. This is some of the best pizza I ever had! My son said the same. Best food we ate during our TC trip- must try!

OK, so maybe I was really hungry. Our waitress said that the Lorenzo pizza was the best in the world. I have had some really good pizza in Italy so I was skeptical. Can't say that it was the best in the world but it was GREAT!!

We are so happy we found Charles and Reid Detroit Pizza!!!! The pizza and cheese bread are the best we've ever had. Chloe, Carson, and Christie were so nice and accommodating. Can't wait to come back!

Pizza was pretty good! Solid Detroit style with great crust! I think the only thing keeping this from 5 stars (wish I could do 4.5) is I instantly noticed how salty it was. And I like my salt 😂. I think I would have eaten more if it didn’t start to feel over-powering. I’ll go back if I’m in the area again and switch it to 5 stars if it’s better!

We ordered up a few pizzas this winter for our hunters and the pizza was pretty good. Not my favorite but definitely worth a try!

For Detroit Pie it is the best. Have eaten tons of pizza around Detroit and this is authentic and just about the best around. It is better than most the large restaurants in Detroit and the metro area. However it's not my favorite style of pizza. More of a thin crust and neat pizza pie guy.

The pizza is awesome. We got take out while in Traverse City for the weekend. The service was very polite/quick and ready exactly when they said it would be. The 2 different pizzas we got were great. We will definitely order again when back in TC.

Such a warm welcome from the friendly servers, particularly after being bluntly ignored and not helped at a nearby trendy bar. Not a fancy place, but a comfy one and the atmosphere was lightened and warmed by the people working there (and amazing smells from the kitchen). Pizza was terrific and worth the wait. Tiny spot, so go during non-peak times or order ahead to go. I'd recommend to anyone!
