I love chilis!! Amber serves me often and is GREAT! Shes easy to get along with and gets your order out with good mannerism. I love the service and the smiles the place has to offer.

I did not get the name of our waitress today but she was fenominal! Best service, best food we've ever had at a dining establishment. Drinks were out before we were even half way done with our drinks, appetizers came out super fast. We had 0 complaints.

Well, I'm sorry I have to report a one-star restaurant experience. I eat here often and this was a new level of poor service. The meat was not cooked to order, nobody check to see how the food was when delivered, there was nobody to keep our drinks refilled or ask if we
needed anything and were not even able to get more chips and salsa. We ran out of ketchup and had to go find more at another table but that one was out as well. The kiosk wasn't working, it added a $3 game fee although nobody was playing games, and no one was able to help us. Our group was very surprised and disappointed at the poor service.

If you sign up for rewards they offer free chips and guacamole with any purchase. The salsa and quacamole tastes fresh and chunks of avacado like it was just chopped up fresh. We all ordered quesadillas, swiss and mushroom sandwhich and salad with fries. The sandwich was larger than expected and the waitress promply tipped our drinks never had to ask for more like alot of resturaunts. My quesadillas were good and it came with lettuce, sour cream and ranch. If your into the bar section theres sports on the television but my favorite is the location and huge windows so i dont feel trapped when eating, theres also tables to eat outside in the summer time so yea, i give it an a plus plus. good job everyone. only thing is could use more staff. yall look busy but productive!

Parking: Our waiter John was great and gard working and the bus boy AJ was quick to answer a question about a drink I had. Very fast service service and delicious!

Me and my husband went and grabbed food at first it was all good they took our order and we got brought our food before the appetizer Which makes “perfect” sense. Our waitress amber never once came back to check on us! Sat at the bar asked her coworker for a hug before even coming to check on us( witch she never did) after that another waitress came and once again never asked if we needed any refills and pretty mush rushed me and my family and asked us if we where ready to pay while i was still trying to finish my food. This is the second time with this waitress horrible job and service i just dont understand how hard it is to do your job!

Came here with my friends while visiting Traverse city. The atmosphere was very chill and prompted a vibrant nerdy conversation between us all. The food came out within less than ten minutes of ordering and was still hot and delicious! Would come here again

Long wait time to serve our food, served a big party first, that came afterwords! The food was bland all around, and waiter never checked on us, or even bothered that 30 mins has passed since taking our order. And now waiting for the tablet, so we can pay and leave, decides to clear the table first! They wasn't even busy!

David was great and put up with our shenanigans very well.

Nashville hot chicken crispers were tasty, sliders were pretty dry and the steak my friend ordered was questionably raw/rare.
