Host was quick at seating with a positive attitude. The waitress was also very attentive and quick with service and not to mention very pretty to. Food was cooked perfectly, steak was amazing. The manger even check on me. Traverse city chili. Is the place to eat

Our waiter was amazing she went above and beyond but the food the food was no good the steaks where over cooked broccoli under cooked the asparagus was perfect but the worst was the mozzarella and the Texas nachos had a very bad flavor and smell it was the same flavor and smell for both. The nachos where way over cooked in the microwave just overall no good. The waiter did at least take those off for us as we didn't even finish 1 of them so we did appreciate that.

Staffing was immensely rude for no reason
Friend asked about drinks and shakes just to get a horrible attitude from the waitress.
When leaving coops another attitude over some boxes! .
If your having a bad day don't take it out on customers go home and get yourself straight defiently lost business.

Server was terrible. She had a bad attitude and was abrupt and rude anytime we asked a question. I asked for a drink that was no longer served and got a curt “we don’t serve those anymore”. She also admonished another staff member for almost taking our food to the wrong table. After we spoke to the manager she just became more rude and was talking to other staff about us. When my daughter asked her for a box for her food she rolled her eyes as she walked away. Server took the tablet away before we could pay so we couldn’t fill out the survey at the end of our meal either. We will not be returning to here in future.

I had a great experience here back in mid-November. The young lady who served us did an amazing job. I only wish I remembered her name to give her a shout-out! The food and service were perfect. I'll definitely be going back.

They are a perfect simple dinner that has rapid service. Burgers salads and kids entrees are very good

The restaurant was super busy, so we sat at the bar. Jesse is a fabulous bartender and treated us like family. He's very personable and quick on the service. Love this place!!
