I enjoy the food here it’s chain food but always the same quality and good as for the service sometimes they are fast and friendly sometimes I’ve gotten more help from the gentlemen that seats people because my server is no where to be seen even when my drink is empty and I wouldn’t order another.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options!

The restaurant was freezing. We ordered and waited for 30 minutes for our food and it wasn't busy in there. The food wasn't good the chicken was very chewy and the fries tasted like old oil. Then when we were done had to wait another 30 minutes to get our bill. The wait staff just kept walking past our table. Would not recommend eating here. I definitely won't be going back

Consistently good food, drinks, service, and overall atmosphere. The location is nice, it's away from downtown, and easy to get in and out of.
Me, my boyfriend, and friends were eating here for dinner Tuesday march 12th. And had a super rude waitress, that in the middle of eating came up to us and had us pay for our food. It was super rude. And on top of that when she gave us refills on our drinks she slammed them on the table and walked away. Then when we were done eating and needed boxes for our food, she never once came back after making us pay. Never had service like that before. Super rude. Wasn’t happy at all.

Do not get To-ago from this location. Our order had an appetizer salad and a side salad. Neither one of these is worth $6. The to-go stand took forever to get service. We had to get the host at the stand for seating people and then they paged the To-Go order person. Then, they still took a while to get there again to help us. No tip left.

The food and drinks are delicious and the wait time is very short, unfortunately the service is bare minimum. Our waitress took our order and that was it, someone else brought out the food and we waited for more drinks and boxes but within the hour we spent there she never came back. Lots of the workers sit in a group laughing loudly while ignoring the tables. They walk right past you and ignore you while acting annoyed they have to do their job.
No matter how you ask for it, hamburgers come well-done. Our server disappeared for long periods and no other staff was available to assist us. And finally, we watched the staff sweep the floors and then take those same, nasty brooms and sweep the booth benches and chairs. That has to be some kind of health violation.

After multiple visits because I usually love chilis I will NEVER go to this location again. Service has always been terrible but today trying to get two beers we waited 15 minutes and after complaining to the manager the bartender intentionally put our order behind others. Simply childish. I’m calling corporate management Monday. This location is a joke and disgrace. Don’t bother going.
