Our family loves the food, especially the teriyaki chicken. We also hade an excelent experience with the staff who were very accommodating, sincere, timely, and thoughtful.

The customer service was good, but the food was very bad. The honey chicken looked & tasted nothing like honey chicken. The hunan beef smelled so disgusting that we decided not to eat it, and we will not be returning. The rice was also bad.

This was my first but definitely not my last visit to China Lee.
I ordered right before closing so I was a little concerned but I was quickly relieved to find my food piping hot and no sign that it had been sitting around.
The food was delicious (Mongolian Beef), the service was excellent, and I will be back for more!

Mongolian beef is amazing! Eggrolls, crab, Rangoons, sesame chicken, special rice, general Tso’s, orange chicken, beef w/ broccoli. A lot of great choices. I see a lot of negative reviews, but I have been going to this place for over a decade and I’ve never had a bad experience with the customer service or the food. Actually, I’ve watched their little boy grow up. There are a lot of good Chinese restaurants but this one is not the worst by any means like some people are saying. People just like to complain. Go order some food and eat it and watch a movie or go on a picnic.

They mess up my order so many times filled the containers with 3/4 of nasty fried rice when I didn't every order it and the beef with mix vegetables they only gave me like 5 prices of vegetables with it waste of money

Best egg rolls anywhere . Won Ton soup ? Gross , the absolute worst I have ever had . General Tso’s too hot and stiff , stringy . Good flavor just too hot . Very good shrimp fried rice . The Won ton soup had almost a rotten feel and flavor .

There was so much breading on the shrimp and also the chicken. Meat was awful and very tough. Rice extremely dry, no taste. Will not go back there. There’s much better Chinese cuisine in Traverse

Been going here for years. The food is always consistently good. The family that owns and operates this business are always friendly and you can tell that they really care about the food that goes out.
Clowns, clowns, clowns!!! Well my daughter left a review, and the owner decided to comment on it saying she was lying. I was with her and I took all the food back. If you’ve owned this place for “over a decade” you’d think you’d have better customer service. Perhaps if you hadn’t left out the sweet and sour sauce for the sweet and sour pork she ordered, then maybe it wouldn’t have been an issue. However you did, the items we tried were disappointing so yes, we brought all food back, NOT ALL EATEN!! That’s a LIE!! So yes, I asked for a refund. I’m positive it’s not a first for you. Don’t lie to people on here, it’s very frustrating. Have some respect. Own up to your own mistakes. Trying to give us the sauce we paid for already the next day isn’t how that works. Do better, get better reviews.

I ordered a sesame chicken combo plate with fried rice and a side of cream cheese wonton… 8.95+4.50=13.45 per the menu and my bill subtotal was 20.49 China Lee responded that the prices online are reposted by third parties and are out of date however these are the prices from their website.

This was my first and last experience. I won’t be giving them any business in the future due to the poor customer service. The food wasn’t good either. We ordered a pick up order of about 5 items last night and upon getting home and opening the bag to distribute the meals, we noticed some of our order was missing, and the other items weren’t what we ordered. Having already paid for it we decided to try the other items. Very crunchy, greasy rice, the soup was gross with the zucchini tasting particularly off. So we stopped and made a frozen pizza. Unfortunately, they had closed by this time so we weren’t able to reach anyone. We called to speak with someone about rectifying the order today, and he said they wouldn’t refund something from the night before. I then explained that items weren’t included that we paid for, and he then said he would give us the sauce that was missing from the order and give us a free egg roll. Unfortunately, our experience with their food wasn’t a good one so we weren’t interested in anymore of their food, just a refund. The guy got very rude and said if we brought in all the food we ordered he would possibly refund it? So I packed it all back up immediately and brought it all back. Hopefully he doesn’t give it to customers. I thought it was strange but we were just going to throw it out anyways. Upon getting to the restaurant to drop off the order and get my money refunded, after a ton of back and forth with every employee in the restaurant, they offered me a partial refund, then agreed to refund the full order as long as we never came back again. LOL!!!! WE HAPPILY AGREED!!!! I have to say, I really wanted to like this place so I’m disappointed things couldn’t have been made right in a better manner. First time ever being banned from a restaurant but theirs a first for everything! On our first try too. Super bummer. Just go to the mall. It’s way better and their nice.

Cashew chicken and crab Rangoons were delicious. The combination plates that include an egg roll are good too, really nice portions. I like the drive-through window, makes it easy to pick up my carry out orders. Service is spot on, very kind and considerate, even at the drive-through.
