My wife and I stopped in on a Monday for lunch. We've been here before and the pasties here just like we remembered, wonderful. We even purchased a couple to take home with us.

What can I say, true Cornish pasties. The right blend of seasonings, a light thin flour shell, diced rutabaga, potatoes, and meat or not. Delicious!
I introduced my girlfriend to them who is 69, a particular eater, and had never tried one. She loved it, and can't wait to try another one!

I saw this store a couple of years ago and really wanted to try. Finally went in a couple days ago. My friends bought one but I bought two - beef cheddar and chicken cold and took them home. They told us to cook 40-45 min in the oven. My friends cooked 40 minutes and the product was too overdone to eat. We cooked ours tonight and tossed after eating a bit. The potatoes- full of them - main ingredient- were crunchy and not cooked. No beef I could find and not even a cheddar flavor. Just potato rocks. I did find some chicken but I have had a better pot pie with Swanson of Marie Callendar. No real flavor worthy of eating at all. Really disappointed.

Two items, One was really good with lots of meat. The other one had almost no meat at all, hard to believe. $ 27 and change.
We used to go to Cousin Jenny's all the time. I grew up going there with my step dad and after my husband got out of the military and we moved back to the area I began taking him all the time. The food is amazing. However, my husband recently took his sister who was visiting and they were uncomfortable the whole time due to a conversation between the workers and the owner about politics in which the owner made a comment about certain races being lazy. While everyone has their own opinions about things - something both my husband and sister in law faught in the military for - however, being racist is another thing. Sad to say we will not be coming back to this restaurant again.
