Love the gift shop and all the antiques through the dining room. Had a great dinner with my Grandson. He said the steak and shrimp dinner was great. The chicken breast dinner I had off the early bird menu was awesome as well. We will be back.

Service was great. Seems like the food is going down hill. Came out quick but was cold. Not the first time. We kept going back to see if it was just a couple of bad times. It has been not up to par about last 6 months.

It's Cracker Barrel. Always a pleasure at Cracker Barrel.
The bacon was horrible, the charged an additional 2.49 for 3 eggs. The hash brown casserole was dried out.

The new shrimp with rice ( menu item) is a real winner !
I had sworn off Cracker Barrel dinner and lunch entrees because of some bad food in years past, and only did breakfast. I tried this new menu item and was surprised at the quality, presentation, and taste.
Parking: Needs more handicapped access ability spots. Senior population in Traverse City Michigan increasing rapidly.

Not happy about the list of meal deals, not much food to pick from! It's all about the money 💰 any more!

We went for breakfast and it was early. The waitress was less than cordial. She acted as if we were intruding upon her. Argued with us and was short tempered. Food was Luke warm and not up to the usual quality. The only positive things was the hostess/ host and we sat by the fire.

For a chain, they are always consistent from state to state, and with a good menu selection.
This is not a "scratch made" type of restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: They do offer a kids menu and kids also LOVE the country store inside of the restaurant!

I have really good service when I go in person, but can never seem to get silverware in my Door dash orders even when I ask for it under special instructions. I can’t eat my food now, with no utensils. UPDATE: Ordered two more times and both times no silverware. I am done trying… it’s not that hard to know I will need a spoon with my mashed potatoes on a Togo order.

My wife and I had breakfast in Cracker Barrel this morning it was by far the worst meal we have ever had at a cracker barrel. I had country fried steak and eggs, and the steak tasted very odd, and my wife's pancakes were flat not fluffy at all. The service was excellent as usual, and the Coffee was good. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of our meal. I hope this was just a bad day. If it becomes the norm, you will lose a customer. We didn't care for the reduced options on the menu.
