Customer service was pleasant, though inaccurate from what we ordered. The meal...I haven't eaten at a CB in several years and I recall it being better than it was. I can certainly make the meal that I had better at home and I don't know that the processed foods they are serving is really good at all. I was at least hoping that the jam would have been home made, but for a place that should be serving comfort food, it was all very generic and right out of Gordon's Food service imo.I still adore the ambience and the little shop has the cutest items to purchase if you like to spend 4x what the items cost online. I love talking to Billy about all of the signage and other vintage items strewn about the walls.

Honestly I had given up on Cracker Barrel, but some friends wanted to eat here. This experience redeemed all of my past experiences. Our server Hope was one of the best servers I have had in any restaurant. The food was fresh and delicious. I would give them a try, as it is a good Cracker Barrel.

Our waitress was very rude, my mom ask for more coffee. The waitress completely ignored us when we about to leave she finally brought out more coffee. Biscuits hard over cooked and the we asked fresh biscuits and they were very salty. I don’t recommend the place , poor service

My sister and I were in just prior to 12 this past Saturday, 4/20. We were pleasantly surprised to be seated so swiftly by the host. My selection of country fried steak was quite tasty. Waitress Lizbeth, was pleasant & did a great job checking in.. Love the front store. My only comment, the clearance area in the back corner is nice, however items on very top were not attainable without a ladder even by staff & we didn't have time to wait since I had to get scooting to my work. We will be back.
The store is always adorable and well stocked, the food here at this location was absolutely terrible honestly the worst cracker barrel I've ever been to hands down 4 out of 6 of us didn't even eat half our meals it was that bad. My sons had the confetti pancakes and ham dinner and they both enjoyed theirs but this is a chain we frequent so we know what it is supposed to taste like this location tasted and looked like they literally left the food under a heat lamp for hours the meat was all super dry, gravy was clumpy mashed potatoes were terrible although my apples were good even the bisand corn bread were rock hard very disappointing. The one bright spot was our waitress she was excellent and very attentive.

Our waitress was a little off her game. We waited for 10 minutes before someone else seen we still didn't have anything to drink. She took our drink order. Our waitress brought them out to us. She was pretty friendly. They always have good food. We got the chicken fried chicken meal, with 2 sides... the restrooms were very clean... very well priced. We got 2 meals for $29.00.

We had the Hashbrown Casserole with bacon, and meatloaf with mashed potatoes and corn. Everything was delicious, came out quickly and came with a basket of biscuits and butter. Will be back!
