Just got take out and they did not give me the top bun of my sandwich. A rare miss from them, but I have had an awful week and I just wanted a nice lunch.

Sadly a bad experience. We ordered a few items and were sent on forward. After almost a dozen cars and twenty minutes were given food after us we decided to pull around and ask them. They had forgotten about us and our food. The guy on the speaker sounded annoyed and said that he would deal with us at the window.
When we pulled up they told us that they forgot about the order and we're going to hand it to us. But by that time the ice cream was melted and the fried food was cold. We just asked if we could get a refund.
We asked if we could get the money back on the card but they really wanted to give us cash instead so we agreed to cash.
We were shorted $2 out of our $22 some change refund.
This is not the first time they've forgotten about us and people I know. But at least they tried to make it right last time.
Will not be going here anymore.

I’ve been here three times and they have got my order right a grand total of once. Employee on the drive through speaker was dismissive and did not check that the order was right, leading to the wrong food being brought out. Was told they “typically charge” when correcting orders that they got wrong. Consistently the worst Culver’s I have visited.

I love culvers, however the chums corner location always messes something up in our order. Everything we have gone in the past 3 months something has been wrong such as the wrong side, missing a side, or wrong topping on the burger. Otherwise, the food tastes good and has always been hot and fresh.

We like Culvers. They were busy on October 3, 2025. The problem was we ordered two orders of onion rings with our food but didn't get any of them. We were staying in Kingsley, Michigan and it's was to late to go back. 😔
