I wanted to rate higher but almost every time we have ordered food, they miss something on our order or they mess it up. They used to be really good about never forgetting things in your order but it is happening more and more.

I love culvers, however the chums corner location always messes something up in our order. Everything we have gone in the past 3 months something has been wrong such as the wrong side, missing a side, or wrong topping on the burger. Otherwise, the food tastes good and has always been hot and fresh.

We like Culvers. They were busy on October 3, 2025. The problem was we ordered two orders of onion rings with our food but didn't get any of them. We were staying in Kingsley, Michigan and it's was to late to go back. 😔
