Unreal... Went through the drive thru was given my soda with no ice in it, it was lukewarm at best and as soon as I took I sip it tasted horrible like it was flat, my order was brought out to me, the fries were cold, was given a straw and no spoon for my concrete mixer, no napkins in the bag at all... Not sure what you have going on in there but this is honestly the worst service I have ever had at Culver's
People are super friendly, may be they were overloaded.. went in drive thru and they forgot salad in my bag, had to go and get it from inside . After coming back to hotel we realized that kids meal was incorrect they had chicken fingers instead of burger.

If you have to get fast food may as well be Culver's as it's better than any other drive thru I've been to. Great service and fair prices. Butter burger was delicious and made fresh. Onion rings were subpar- could have been thicker rings. Cheese curds were alright. Ice cream was great.

God visited this Culver’s location in Traverse city. Staff was quick and helpful, place is immaculate and ( God ) great. Same as all the other Culver’s locations but here when you walk out, there is a beach! - God
