God visited this Culver’s location in Traverse city. Staff was quick and helpful, place is immaculate and ( God ) great. Same as all the other Culver’s locations but here when you walk out, there is a beach! - God

I absolutely love Culver's so this is hard to say, but I am constantly getting disappointed by this location. They need to do some serious employee training,.because everytime I'm there they get something wrong. Today I Doordashed a burger, it was a bacon deluxe. Aside from the cheese and bacon, they normally come with lettuce, onion, mayo, pickle and tomato. I asked them to take the tomato off and add some ketchup and mustard. What did I get? A fat slice of tomato, and only ketchup and mustard. No lettuce, no onions, no pickles, no mayo. At this point I'm surprised it even had bacon.

The food is fine but every single time we go through the drive thru something is wrong with our order. Missing items. Wrong sandwich, cheese stuck to the container (we order gluten buns for my husband). Tonight was no different. Missing a Cole slaw and my burger had the wrong toppings.

Walked in mid afternoon and tried to order a kids meal. I am a senior citizen and can’t eat a lot at one time. Young man behind the counter asked me if I was 12. I had never had anyone insult me in that way before. I tried to explain but then realized what was the point and I left with out ordering. I bring my grandkids to Culver’s all the time. Won’t be doing that any more. You have lost my business.
As always, we hit the drive thru here and, as always, the Service was outstanding, the food was great and, as always, we'll be back!

My husband and I came through very late, close to closing and felt terrible but were so hungry after a long day of traveling. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent- hot and fresh. The restaurant looks very clean and maintained.
