I absolutely love Culver's so this is hard to say, but I am constantly getting disappointed by this location. They need to do some serious employee training,.because everytime I'm there they get something wrong. Today I Doordashed a burger, it was a bacon deluxe. Aside from the cheese and bacon, they normally come with lettuce, onion, mayo, pickle and tomato. I asked them to take the tomato off and add some ketchup and mustard. What did I get? I am very pleased with the service I keep getting. I have a dairy allergy, and they always remove what I can't have and note it on the order. Appreciated and noted!!! Thanks, everyone!

Dietary restrictions: They can accommodate a dairy/egg allergy for me. I then go home and add what I can have.

The food is fine but every single time we go through the drive thru something is wrong with our order. Missing items. Wrong sandwich, cheese stuck to the container (we order gluten buns for my husband). Tonight was no different. Missing a Cole slaw and my burger had the wrong toppings.
