Cuppa joe serves excellent coffee. Their breakfast burritos will fill you up, and scones and smoothies are A+. Service is usually great, be patient. Atmosphere - can be buzzy loud, but I think it's the high ceilings but, idk.
We were visiting Traverse and originally planned to try one of the brunch spots at The Village, but most were fully booked. We thought Cuppa Joe was just a coffee shop — and we’re so glad we went inside and checked out the menu!

I got the chicken pesto sandwich and a chai tea latte. The chicken pesto had a phenomenal sourdough and the sauce was very creamy. A really thoughtfully crafted sandwich. And the chai was the perfect blend of sweet and spiced. Could not recommend more.
