The service kinda dropped. There was a lot of people who waited over an hour for food. They also was not serving breakfast. What's the point of going there with no breakfast.
(Edit) Went back 8 years later! Oh boy, nothing has changed. Food was terrible and service was slow. Makes me sad, this was one of my family's favorite places to eat when we had doctors appointments in TC.

I was amazed to see such a well cared for, clean, restaurant. I've had some bad experiences at Dennys over the years and thought I'd give this Traverse City store a try. Boy am I glad I did. Everything from the entry doors, bathrooms, and booths was spotlessly clean. Food was delicious, and Heather was one of the best servers I've ever had. I try to find something to complain about in my critiques, so it would have to be that I heard the hostess talking with the cooks quite loudly and through most of my meal.

Everything was awesome. The waitress was a young girl who doesn't know how to talk with customers. I think she meant well, just wasn't taught. She took her time to come and take our order. Wasn't because they were busy. She only had 3 customers.

This was the worst experience I have ever. They were out of half their drinks. Most of their menu. Then tried to charge me for stuff I didn't even order! The one old waitress giving my table dirty looks the entire time we sat there. WHERE IS THE MANAGMENT!! Waiting over an hour for food!! There was one other person in the store and she only order a salad and had it in less than 10 mins...

, idk if they have to pour the cups daily or if they pre stock it, Iām rather disappointed that this was not noticeable to them, I blindly opened it and dipped my food in it and Iāve never been this disgusted, donāt come to this dennys

DO NOT RECOMMEND Banda Burrito. What kind of burrito place doesnāt have tortillas?!?! Waited 2 hours for our order to arrive, finally called since I hadnāt heard anything and was told they donāt have tortillas and therefore canāt make burritosā¦

This specific Denny's is great! Our server named Paula was really kind. The milkshakes and burgers were solid! We went at 9pm on a snow day and it was very peaceful.

Ordered 16 breakfast sandwiches the night before. For 16 wrestlers that havenāt eaten in 16 hours due to weigh ins for the district meet. Went to pick them up at 8 am as planned and order. Nothing was done and it took over 30 minutes. Our team didnāt get to eat.

Shawn was an excellent server. She had 5 or 6 tables. Slow on a Saturday morning at 10am. Looks a little understaffed like the rest of the town. Good food. Egg surcharge sign on the door?! Shouldn't you build food costs into menu prices?
