First time at this Dunkin', we received burnt hard croissants and we also ordered a side of hash-browns and received 6 soggy hash-browns. Didn’t eat any of it.

The coffees were watery, bland, and honestly disgusting. One of them was even warm, which makes zero sense for an iced drink. It felt rushed and careless, like the order wasn’t followed at all.
If I’m paying for specialty iced coffees, I expect them to be made correctly, not watered-down coffee with sugar and topping it off with vanilla cold foam to make it seem like the order was exactly as followed. Super disappointing experience. Don’t waste your money here. Unless their truck didn’t come so they didn’t have the stuff to make it, but they should tell their customers or just be closed for the day since the weather isn’t the best.
Coffee was terrible. Tasted like it was a week old.

I came to Great wolf lodge Friday September 12th to 13th. I love Dunkin donuts I order at least once a week in my local town. When I walked down to the Dunkin, I noticed you couldn't order in person. I asked the lady at the desk if I could order in person bc I knew they wouldn't have my coffee order on the kiosk. She told me no and that I had to use the kiosk to order the coffee I wanted. I told the woman I didn't know what was in a medium iced Carmel latte and she just stared at me and didn't say anything. I finally had to tell her to please come help me because I don't know how to order a Carmel iced latte. She recuntatly came over and tried to help but she had such a bad attitude. I told her three times I just wanted a medium iced Carmel latte. I told her I didn't know what was in those drinks because I have never asked. She told me what to order and I waited for my drink. They called my name and I tried the drink, it was nothing like my normal drink order. I let the woman at the desk know and she said that's how I ordered it. She was rude, not pleasant and no customer service. I will be calling corporate on Monday to complain about this employee. She needs to find a job in another field bc clearly customer service isn't right for her.

Overpriced and average. $5.50 for a lukewarm extra large coffee ...
You also have to enter a name and phone number on the kiosk to pay, why?

A very unprofessional Dunkin’, Waited 30 minutes for my online order got my drinks and donut realized I was missing two sandwiches went back to the counter. They told me it would be right up. I said OK waited for about 30 minutes. Still nothing went back to the counter. That’s when they told me my item was out of stock
Honestly the worse dunkin I've been to. They refused to take your order and make you order on their kiosk, they stated you can't use dunkin coupons or rewards there. i ordered my usual large coffee with 1 cream 2 sugar and 1 butter pecan cream and they basically gave me milk. Never going back.

The doughnut was good, the employee I interacted with was fine, the problem is the ordering system. You have to order by kiosk and that takes 5 - 10 times as long as just going up to someone, tell them what you want, and pay. Very inefficient and annoying. But you get to enjoy the view of the waterpark as you wait.
Parking: Don't linger - you have to pay to park.

I was absolutely pleased with the service I received at the Great Wolf Lodge Dunkin. Every team member was a joy to encounter, especially Kaylynn. Her knowledge about the menu items was greatly helpful as I had not previously been to this establishment. My food was exquisite and my beverage was enjoyed by both my heart and tastebuds. I will certainly return when I am back in the Traverse area!

Hidden just inside the entrance. Should make a drive-thru though.
Arrived at 1:30pm and started to use the kiosk, and the worker says they are closed. My response was well you close at 2, and he says “I thought we closed at 1:30, but everything is shut down anyways” which from reading other reviews seems like a reoccurring thing . Next morning woman was very rude about asking for help with kiosk! God forbid you do your job!

Service is really bad. Small order and messed up over half of it. The electric kiosk don't work well and the employees seem like they could care less if the order is correct.
