A very unprofessional Dunkin’, Waited 30 minutes for my online order got my drinks and donut realized I was missing two sandwiches went back to the counter. They told me it would be right up. I said OK waited for about 30 minutes. Still nothing went back to the counter. That’s when they told me my item was out of stock
Honestly the worse dunkin I've been to. They refused to take your order and make you order on their kiosk, they stated you can't use dunkin coupons or rewards there. i ordered my usual large coffee with 1 cream 2 sugar and 1 butter pecan cream and they basically gave me milk. Never going back.

The doughnut was good, the employee I interacted with was fine, the problem is the ordering system. You have to order by kiosk and that takes 5 - 10 times as long as just going up to someone, tell them what you want, and pay. Very inefficient and annoying. But you get to enjoy the view of the waterpark as you wait.
Parking: Don't linger - you have to pay to park.

I was absolutely pleased with the service I received at the Great Wolf Lodge Dunkin. Every team member was a joy to encounter, especially Kaylynn. Her knowledge about the menu items was greatly helpful as I had not previously been to this establishment. My food was exquisite and my beverage was enjoyed by both my heart and tastebuds. I will certainly return when I am back in the Traverse area!

Hidden just inside the entrance. Should make a drive-thru though.
Arrived at 1:30pm and started to use the kiosk, and the worker says they are closed. My response was well you close at 2, and he says “I thought we closed at 1:30, but everything is shut down anyways” which from reading other reviews seems like a reoccurring thing . Next morning woman was very rude about asking for help with kiosk! God forbid you do your job!

Service is really bad. Small order and messed up over half of it. The electric kiosk don't work well and the employees seem like they could care less if the order is correct.

Connie was rude. Was first to arrive when they opened at 6:30, not realizing you had to order at the kiosk. Waited 5 minutes at the counter being completely ignored by both employees, except for them glancing at me, when they finally told me I had to order my regular coffee and single donut from the kiosk. Asked Connie if they had half and half for the coffee cream, she literally rolled her eyes at me and said we have what you get at a restaurant. So I follow up if they had any kind of refrigerated milk or creamer for my coffee because that’s what I wanted, and she said yes and then proceeded to put something from a room temperature pump jug into my coffee (not what I asked for). Hands it to me and said you’re going to have to wait for your donut, I just got a bunch of coffee orders in. I was still there only one there, not a single soul around. I proceed to wait an additional 5 min for her to finish up the coffees for the other people who were no where to be found, and then she walks over, throws the donut in a bag and hands it to me and says sorry about your wait.

The first day we went the right donut selections weren’t on the screen got wrong donuts and then we ordered $68 worth of food and on all the sandwhichs the eggs were not cooked all the way and coke as ice. We went back second morning hoping it would be better and although my sandwhich was cooked this time everything was burnt. Frozen drinks don’t seem like any coffee in them and the three orders of hasbrowns only came with five little hash browns. An expensive waste of money in breakfast.

Whoever was behind the counter didn't greet me. I was talking with my friend and we were confused at the ordering screen, clearly needing help. Ended up figuring out our problem by ourselves, ordered a large variety of donuts. I asked one of the 2 women working there if they could add Carmel to our hot chocolate, since there was no option to do so on the screen and they didn't offer to help when we were having issues. She looked at me like it was the most disgusting thing she had ever heard but said yes. So she saw my face and knew what order I had (i have bright hair and very hard to miss)Then they pulled over someone behind me and told her that they only have the donuts that were behind her (I thought nothing of it. My order was in first, maybe I took the last one 1 of the kinds) then the person behind the counter tried giving my donuts to someone else. And I didn't get any of the ones I had ordered.I dont normally write reviews, but I was highly disappointed by how I was treated here.

Closing at 1 seems early. But when you show up at 12:30 and they're already closed early, that just seems like false advertising.
