Called for over 30 plus minutes to place a to go pizza order. No one picked up the phone. Assumed they were slammed so I make the drive there. Once arrive not even busy, walk inside and I call the # to make sure I had the right number. Some young lady heard and saw it ring, I then walked up and said, I've been calling for over 30 minutes. Her words were, our pizza is down. I stated who said I was calling about that? But I was. Whole point pickup the phone and give your customers some courtesy and or an automated message stating no pizza at the current time. She didnt seem to even care. Nice looking place but irrelevant if can't provide the service behind it.

The pizza was way over priced for the quality and they also use canned vegetables. Cleanliness of the restaurant was not a priority. We asked for cups of water and were handed cups to fill from a public water fountain.

East Bay Pizza in Traverse City is hands down 5/5! The pizza didn’t even stand a chance—we devoured it so fast I didn’t have time to take a picture. That should tell you everything you need to know. 😂 Amazing flavor, great crust, and to top it off, their ice cream is just as good! Highly recommended if you're in town!

Family friendly place, seemed busy, but the online menu needs to be updated, they no longer have several items and the prices have increased. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and actually said “stuffed crust” 4 times as he took my order, when I picked it up it was not stuffed crust, the kid said your call must have broken up because we didn’t get the stuffed crust part, then stared at me awkwardly before asking if I wanted the pizza or have them remake it. It seemed a bit unorganized in there and the pizza turned out to be ok at best. The nice cream looked good, but that’s not why I went there 🤷🏼♂️
