Got a mug from here as a gift. First attempt at putting in hot water (not quite boiling), I could hear it cracking. I quickly poured the water out and sure enough the inside was full of cracks. The person who got it for me tried returning it and the store refused. So warning, they sell cheaply made mugs that cannot hold hot drinks and don't stand by their products.

I don’t usually like writing reviews . But I just want people to be warned . The coffee and everything here is amazing love the place . But the workers they deffff neeed some customer service school or something . The 3 young girls talk about the customers when leaving , it took 30 minutes for 2 drinks n there was no one ordering . If yall think that’s okay fine but think about you’re giving them a tip . Why give someone a tip and for them to be rude after ? Just thought...

I had a wonderful bay chai latte iced. It was truly fantastic and despite having to wait in line (Cherry festival busy) my drink was made so quickly.. and delicious. Would definitely recommend.
