amazing food and great service!
Amazing service, food and vibes. Really enjoyed the food. Highly recommend.
The sesame chicken is to die for!
The food was delicious 😋. They have some yummy cocktails, and the atmosphere was great for a party of four to converse. Our server was so helpful and had a perky wonderful attitude. What a joy 😊 It was a great evening. Oh, and parking on the street is free after 6pm.
Outstanding food and atmosphere! Service was ok. It felt like we were inconveniencing the staff. The reason for the three stars on service was that the recommendations on food were on point!
Absolutely no complaints about the service that was previously mentioned in many other reviews. The food was mediocre, except for the truffle fries which were our favorite dish that night! The spicy mayo on the sushi and fish tacos was pretty spicy so be aware of that. Had a group of 7 for a bachelorette party and they were able to accommodate us rather quickly without a reservation!
Firefly has something on the menu for literally everyone in my family from age 4 to 80. With a wide variety of dishes, and all of them fantastic, I would highly recommend this place!
Great service, if a little slow. The flank steak my wife ordered was perfect. My "Cowboy Killer" burger was not. It was barely lukewarm and the pork was pork was flavorless.
Having been here more than once, I know they have great food, I'll just make sure to get something else

Food was under seasoned, overcooked, and way overpriced for what it is. The sesame chicken was dry and too sweet. Got about 6 pieces of chicken for $16. Added veggies to the dish and they were not seasoned at all and tasted like steamed veggies. My wife got the steak udon and it was way too sweet and over salted. The sauce was very thin. Hot tea was $4 for a bag and room temperature water.
Overall I would say you'll get better food and more food from any basic American Chinese takeout restaurant.

We read the great reviews and decided to try this place. The sushi here was subpar and the beef skewers were gristly and only served with two for $14. The aioli with the sweet potato fries was tasty and the best part of the meal.

This was by far the best food we had in Traverse City. All the small plates we ordered were delicious. The decor and location was very appealing and the staff were wonderful. We can’t wait to go back someday.
