“The rotating menu features always delicious and fresh gringo-Méx, my favorite is the elote dip and the a la carte taco(s) el pastor. They have a plain quesadilla for kids (yay) and it balances perfectly with the Silver Spruce offerings inside. Food truck operations can be stressful and in some places around town, it shows in stressed-out service, but not here. The team are chill and friendly and offer a genuine environment of hospitality.“
