Overall this was a great joint for basic tonkatsu ramen. The broth has great flavor, but a little thin. The pork was good, not great - a little light on flavor, but I attribute that to the lack of fat and the thin slices. The egg is outstanding - amazing flavor and cooked perfect. Very good chicken ramen. If you are looking for a casual dinner/ lunch and a vibrant atmosphere, I would recommend this! They use fresh ingredients from local farms. Other truck has local beer. Sometimes you can enjoy a local band music as well.
