Harrington's By The Bay

My wife and I really like this place. The food was good in the service was solid. We will certainly be back. I really enjoyed my ribeye!

We had a great experience dining at Harrington’s by the bay celebrating our anniversary. Lili our waitress was friendly and attentive. Great service, great food and great waterside views. Recommend their Walleye and Cod Fish. Their keylime cheesecake was delicious. One of their managers went out of her way to take an anniversary picture outside so we could get water view. Their restaurant experience was memorable.

Three of us went for dinner. We had two appetizers. Bacon wrapped shrimp was small to medium-sized. I asked if the calamari was fresh server said it was Flash fried lightly battered by hand. What I got was frozen pre-packaged calamari you get at a dive bar. We got three entrees. The ribeye was way overpriced low-grade Quality Meat. The Cod fish and chips dinner was the quality of that pre-frozen bag stuff you would get at a dive bar. The lettuce wraps were great. I don't think 153.00 plus tip justifies the quality of food. I would not mind paying this cost if the Frozen bagged food that they put in the air fryers was a better quality and the stakes should have been high quality for the price but it looks like this restaurant uses low-grade product across the whole menu with a arm and a leg price tag. I remember when this place used to be amazing!

Great service and a fun nautical decor. The food was definitely not worth what we paid. We had seafood chowder, grilled walleye and a whitefish sandwich and none of it had good flavor nor was it prepared very well.

Awesome experience! We had the crab cake app with seafood chowder, strawberry salad and two of the sandwiches. Everything was delicious. Absolutely will revisit

I must say that it is a rarity that we find everything perfect…. We did just that at Harrington’s. We elected to sit at the bar one afternoon. We were looking for something healthy to eat so decided on a dish of Walleye placed over a bed of risotto and asparagus with some flavorful drizzle. It was spectacular! We also decided to have a BLT with pasta couscous at the recommendation of Melissa, the bartender and our server. Was the best BLT that I ever had. To top it off the ice tea was fresh brewed to perfection. Lastly, we’re so enjoyed chatting with Melissa…knowledgeable about all the food and such a delight! Many kudos…we will be back!

Had the bacon wrapped shrimp, which was scrumptious, followed by seafood soup and a garden salad, topped off with Great Lakes walleye. The whole dinner was like an aphrodisiac, it was like an orgasm in the mouth!

Food was awesome! The view is gorgeous, service is so kind, and the fish and chips are to die for. Love supporting local places like this here. If you’re traveling through do not overlook them

I understand accidents happen and I am willing to give places multiple chances. Unfortunately multiple chances were too many here. Tonight we came in and we were seated and more than 15 minutes later and still no one greeted us. We watched as multiple waiters and waitresses walked right past us and ignored us while others seated after us were greeted. We just decided to leave. Unfortunately this is not the first time the service here has been poor. Last time I was in it was over 40 minutes for me to just get my check from the waitress and there were hardly any customers in the restaurant. There’s a clear lack of care and management supervision. Pretty disappointing, went down the road and had a less expensive experience with better service instead.
