On 11/14/21 i called and made an order for delivery. After the lady took our order she said it would be 35-45 mins. We paid (over the phone, BIG MISTAKE!!) and said we would tip the driver when they got here. After 50 minutes, i called back to see if they were on their way or lost and i spoke with jordan. this is the third time in the last 3 months our order was messed up. ordered 5 orders of wings, 2 honey BBQ and 3 mild Buffalo. got 1 of each. this has happened when the same confused guy answered the phone. their solution, wait another 45 minutes to deliver the rest of our oder.
They also were out of lettuce. how does that happen? Do the managers not have the ability to go and buy lettuce from a local grocery store? if so your store policy is weak at best. I worked in...read full review
