Pizza was okayish but I was given attitude for asking for paper plates? First time I’ve been to a pizza place with no plates. Then when I asked for extra napkins to feed the 4 kids I have without making a mess I was told it’s not something they hand out either. Absolutely wild behavior. 0/10 for customer service. A plate would have been nice for the greese filled pizza they gave us.

Called in an order for two pizzas! Was quoted a price over phone of $43 bucks and change. Was told 35-45 mins. Placed the order at 6:15 ish. Was told it would be 30-45 mins. Order landed at 7:25ish. Ok. No worries, I just wanted a HOT PIZZA! THAT did NOT HAPPEN! At the same time, I bought a pizza for my Neighbor as well. Her Pizza was stone cold? This is crap. We won't ever order from Jets pizza unless you make this right! Never mind the person that took our order quoted us $43.00 and some changes! THE delivery guy charged us $48.00 + at delivery! Whaaat? What a bunch of garbage,(including the COLD PIZZA! SAD. WHAT a horrible experience! Yikes. BEWARE ORDER AT YR OWN Risk! I had to call THREE TIMES....just let it grand ode3

10/24/25 ordered a large pizza two side sides of wings for delivery $51 all the food showed up cold Needs to be microwaved right when I received it Gave the guy almost a $20 tip for driving less than a mile I called back the store told him the food was cold and the guy goes. Yep nothing I can do about it. I said seriously he goes. Yep there’s nothing I can do about it. I can’t reimburse you. It should’ve been hot………. I was actually pretty shocked Looks like I’ll stick with Marcos 🍕

Best Jets I've had. Ordered an eight corner. It came out slightly towards the burned side on the pepperoni and it was glorious. Thanks for not undercooking it.

Just an order ahead and ate it somewhere else. One of my favorite places to get pizza when I lived downstate 15 years ago and never noticed it was in TC too. It tasted better than I remembered.

Was visiting from out of town and was recommended to try this place and it was amazing!! Pizza was delicious, fast service, friendly employees and decent prices! Definitely recommend trying!

There's nothing enchanting about going to this Jet's Pizza on Chum's Corners. It feels like Alcatraz in there! Good thing is, you're in and out quickly. And your reward: some amazing pizza that just hits different. The staff used to let regulars customize a freshly ordered lunch special, but the new management put the kaibosh on that. Convenient location and quality product keep this place relevant.
