My KFC drive-through experience, enjoying the Famous Bowl meal, was the best I've ever had. The combination of mashed potatoes, crispy chicken, corn, and gravy delivered on flavor and comfort. Thank you for staying open till 11:00, so after my shift I'm able to have a choice of something to eat other than burgers and tacos. Thanks for answering phone to talk in person to inquire available selections in your last 1/2 hour.
The food is good, however, they have a habit of forgetting sauces; which is pretty sad when ordering chicken.

My three pieces of chicken were very small dried up and I believe they were a day old the grease might have been old I was not happy I got two thighs and a drumstick and a big box and boy was the small

I have been through the drive-through at the US 31 S. location numerous times. So on my way home this evening I stopped at drive-through to get something quick for dinner. I originally ordered an eight piece family meal. Right away the reply from the employee was we only have chicken legs and wings right now and it will be about a 15 minute wait for extra crispy. Mind you this was at 5:45 PM. There was no other vehicles in the parking lot other than employees. I have continue to have problems with this particular location. My question to the employee was, this is a normal dinner hour why is there nothing ready. I told him I would take my business elsewhere and I did. I will not return.
