Kilwins is a must-visit! Their fudge is absolutely delicious, rich, and perfectly creamy. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. Plus, they offer tons of free samples, which is a great way to try different flavors before deciding. Whether you're in the mood for ice cream, chocolate, or fudge, you really can’t go wrong here. I’ve always said it’s the best ice cream on earth. They’re nice enough but for the love of goodness I’m out. I’m just not paying these prices. Everyone has suffered from inflation, not everyone is charging $10 for a single scoop in a regular waffle cone. Wish you the best.

I know Traverse City is the place to be but I was pretty shocked to get a 42 dollar bill for 3 milkshakes. I should have asked for prices before hand so my bad but a 13 dollar milkshake is ridiculous.

Their ice cream and fudge are good but also very overpriced. I mean $13 for a milkshake... There are a few nice employees but some have been very rude to me. I've come in multiple times this summer since it's close to the beach and my grandkids love it, but when I do, the workers haven't been very friendly. I have also seen many of the workers sitting around doing nothing... One time, I was walking by the store and I saw a worker, who I've since learned is the manager, sitting on a counter doing nothing. I've also seen some of the other staff be rude to their own coworkers... For example, the other day I was getting ice cream with my grandkids and this young lady had made a shake. Now she gave the shake to customers and then finished helping them and ringing them up. When she headed back towards where she made the shakes, her coworker scolded her for walking away and not cleaning up when all she did was help the customers before she presumably went back to clean... These youngsters today don't know how to treat others

Thye have really good caramel apples i would definitely say get the apple pie one, ontop of that they have good milkshakes my favorite is tye traverse city mud. Overall a 5/5

The $13 milkshake(the only size they have) was a watered down soupy drink. A small bag of marshmallows was $18. The prices are insane. The service was fantastic, but this isn’t the Kilwin’s I remember growing up enjoying.

I've been to several Kilwins and it's always a good stop for ice cream. I tried the peanut butter cup tonight and it was fantastic. Really recommend it. The staff is always friendly and service is quick. Plenty of options. Great stop when visiting Traverse City.

Visited here twice during the Cherry Festival 2024. Very pleased I chose to walk into this cute little shop. Staff was welcoming and patient. A huge plus that I never experienced before was the waffle cones are heated, if you never had that before, you’re missing out! The waffle cones are sturdy. In total, my husband and I had four waffle cones and none of those times did the cone break or even leak. Best waffle cones I have ever had. Ice cream was delicious. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely visit again next time we’re in Traverse City.
