Kilwins is a must-visit! Their fudge is absolutely delicious, rich, and perfectly creamy. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. Delicious chocolates but service could be better. Waited on a busy day and two associates kept calling people not in order. We waited but need a better system or to implement a line for service - this place was CHAOS.
I've been to several Kilwins and it's always a good stop for ice cream. I tried the peanut butter cup tonight and it was fantastic. Really recommend it. The staff is always friendly and service is quick. Plenty of options. Great stop when visiting Traverse City.
