I don't recommend calling with a takeout order. First and foremost, the food is always great. However, I called to order takeout; they put me on a brief hold but then forgot I was on hold. I called back after 10 minutes, and then they took my order. I've been on hold for several minutes with some previous orders (but not usually completely forgotten), or sometimes they take the order right away. It's a gamble.
Probably THE WORST Mexican restaurant I've ever been to. We had high expectations when entering, but we're quickly disappointed when seated in a very noisy,crowded section. It was lunchtime and we didn't ask for a quiet,secluded table so that's on us. I will say 1st off our table felt sticky and grimy. We were treated to the customary chips with a green salsa and red salsa, both of which tasted like they sat in the fridge for to long. The chips were thick and on the verge of being stale and over salted. My wife ordered Seafood qusadillas and I had the Nacho grande. My wife's qusadillas tasted fishy and she described the ingredients as having been blended into a paste in a blender . My Nacho plate was the worst attempt at Nacho Supreme ever. The chicken was stringy,dry and unseasoned.the beef wasn't much better and was dry. No lettuce. No onion. Nothing green except a side of terrible store bought guacamole and sour cream. The cherry on top of this mess was the center bowl of hot dog chili!!! Really? Not expecting hot dog chili with a Mexican dish. Needless to say won't be going back ever.

Wish they never closed LaSenorita in Gaylord MI.Now we haven't been to one since Gaylord closed. MANY MANY people think it was horrible that ours was closed.Now if we want to go we have to drive OVER ONE HOUR. With gas prices what they are. We will be lucky to go once a year.

This would be a great place to start a restaurant. We have traveled all over and have experienced bad and amazing restaurants and service. This place was the worst. Our food was cold after waiting for over an hour to receive it. We were not told of any delays. Our waitress was useless as she stood at the end of the table stoned and had us pass our drinks. The manager did not seem to care of the lousy food or service, hopefully corporate will.We have eaten at Hacienda and NEVER had issue, Definitely not impressed with LA Senorita.Muy Mal

Worst service in TC. Manager blew us off when we expressed our concerns about the cold food, lack of service, excessively long time to get our food. My "sizzling" fajita was not sizzling and nearly room temperature. Smallest fajita I've ever seen at a chain restaurant.
