I had a problem with a online order last night and I contacted the store this morning. Libby the assistant manager, listened to my concerns, stayed calm when perhaps I wasn't, and was genuinely concerned about the issue. Then, to my surprise 🫢, sent us a brand new freshly made Hot Pizza & Cheesy Bread sticks as a gesture for the mishap.
Libby, you did a great job, I appreciate what you did, and the pizza was beyond delicious.

So I ordered a big bunch being unemployed just so I could have a few meals fresh and freeze a few. Everything was good until I got home and found ranch. I hate ranch. I specifically subbed garlic butter for ranch. Not a big deal for the franchise but a big “Ug!” For me.

Marco's is pizzeria style pizza! Which myself and my family really enjoy, and you can't beat the prices! Marco's serves wings, Sandwiches, etc. Order online for pick up or delivery. Fast, friendly service!

My friend and I had a large pizza from Marco's with one topping. It was a decent pizza for a fair price. Good crust and sauce. They could have been a bit more generous with the cheese and tomato toppings. There was only one tiny bite-sized tomato on each slice and not much cheese. So many pizzerias in the Traverse City area these days, and this chain is a good addition.

You lost the customer first time customer I ordered a cheese Philly pizza even paid almost 100% tip just to get cold pizza half hour late with just a little bit of meat and little bit of cheese and mostly all of it crust everything was in the center of the pizza I counted five little pieces of meat I'll stick with jet's Pizza you guys suck

My family has routinely gotten deliveries from Marcos and they are great, however I picked up our dinner from the Chums store tonight instead and it was so impressively clean I felt the need to write a review about it. Amazing job, especially for a pizza joint-which are stereotypically kinda greasy
