They have delicious pizza and it is consistently good. That seems to be an issue in Traverse City. I have had good pizza at some places but there is usually a time that is so bad it lives in your nightmares forever. And in over a year of lots of pepperoni magnificos with green olives they have not messed it up! I also love their cheesy bread.

Two duplicate orders ended up getting placed today, one over phone and one online (the phone one was supposed to be cancelled).
After clarifying the situation at the desk, they ended up giving me the extra pizza for free, which was not my intention, but a welcome resolution to the situation and a great example of good customer service.

It's definitely one of my favorite places to get pizza in town. They definitely have the best prices around here and have quality food. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a good pizza at a decent price. We have only had one mess up with them and they took care of us right away and remedied the issue.
