I had a problem with a online order last night and I contacted the store this morning. Libby the assistant manager, listened to my concerns, stayed calm when perhaps I wasn't, and was genuinely concerned about the issue. Then, to my surprise 🫢, sent us a brand new freshly made Hot Pizza & Cheesy Bread sticks as a gesture for the mishap.
Libby, you did a great job, I appreciate what you did, and the pizza was beyond delicious.

So I ordered a big bunch being unemployed just so I could have a few meals fresh and freeze a few. Everything was good until I got home and found ranch. I hate ranch. I specifically subbed garlic butter for ranch. Not a big deal for the franchise but a big “Ug!” For me.
The food and the people here are amazing! I recently began ordering food here because I work next door, and I'm so happy that I did! The people here always smiling with a great attitude! I love it, and keep up the great work at Chums Corners Marcos!
