Very disappointed in the service and food when I went in this evening. We ordered normal then when we went to pay the guy didn't say a single word when trying to interact with him and say thank you. One we were at the window for food we waited 15 minutes for our food. Once we received our food we noticed they forgot an item and so I sent in my partner. They then took an additional 15 minutes literally to just make the fry they forgot. I understand food services can be difficult and busy but given the circumstances this was not a great look as they told him they would have to wait. While waiting 7 Drive through orders were done and numerous in house and doordash orders were complete.

The customer service at McDonald’s has really gone downhill. I know working there can be stressful, but it’s not a hard job—and being kind shouldn’t be either. The morning crew has been extremely rude lately, and my orders have been messed up more than once. Very disappointing

Not usually one to post reviews, but I get the same thing every time I go here and it is wrong at least 50% of the time. Picture of the tag showing ONLY pickle, ONLY ketchup, and ONLY cheese; yet again the burger has mustard on it, and does not have cheese.

Worst McDonald’s we’ve ever been to. Took 10 minutes to take out order. Then, I repeatedly told the driver thru worker that we wanted medium size. They rang me up for a large, forgot our sauce at the window, and the fries had no salt on them. 0/10 would not recommend even if you are starving

The manager was amazing. I had an issue usthe kicks it didn't print my receipt and we couldn't find the order in the system but I couldn't reuse my coupon from the app. Without the coupon I wouldn't have had enough money to pay for my order. That was no problem for this manager he was an absolute gentleman and so kind. He helped me out and we got my food ordered and purchased. I could not have been more grateful and appreciative of his kindness. He made this mom of threes day in a way I don't think he even understood or knew he was. Just that 1 simple act of kindness made sure my little all could eat lunch on the way gone from our doctors appointment.

Stopped in for breakfast at 10:45am. Waited for 25 minutes for the food. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit but received an egg biscuit. We were told we screwed up the order when the receipt clearly stated that my order was correct. The staff were rude and would not fix the order. Evan got loud and told me I needed to lose weight. No manager did a thing. I was told the gm was on vacation and they could do nothing. Worst service in 53 years of coming here. Stay away!

McDonald’s filled to the brim with people everyone without food. Asked for a drink and said that he would get to it “when he had time.” Half an hour later after eating my food still no drink.
Took almost 15 mins to get service and had over 15 people waiting… very poor service

Good food, service and accommodations. Hate how the exit goes around and have to go out and go thru taco bell to exit back to main roads But overall good experience

Came here to get food from after a wedding, right off the bat the lady at the order screen was very rude and I could tell she was annoyed because we did have three separate orders. Then the guy at the second window was absolutely disgusting towards me when receiving the food. He threw a fit and sighed then slammed the window after asking politely for the correct size drink, I understand it was annoying to have as big of an order as we did but this is very unprofessional. I used to work fast food right out of high school and if you hate your job that much to where you're taking it out on people who are doing nothing wrong then maybe it's time for a new job. Very disappointed with the service at this location and we will not be coming back.
