Your middle-aged, blonde, female night manager was extremely unpleasant. She came across as rude, dismissive, and argumentative when I raised a concern. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and created a very negative experience.

This place is terrible. Waited 15 mins to order, lady was obviously stressed, mean as hell. 25 mins later once i spoke up they went and got my cold food. NEVER AGAIN

I pulled up to the first speaker to order, and 3 people in the other lane got service before me even though I was there before them. After we ordered, we were told to pull ahead and our chicken sandwiches would be out shortly, which is completely fine. However, as they brought our food out to us, the lady made a remark that we shouldn't have even had to pull forward, which leads me to believe the food might've already been done, just the person at the window wasn't informed. Took one bite out of my chicken sandwich and it was burnt. The chicken was not only overcooked and hard, but the piece of chicken I got wasn't even worth the money I paid for it. It barely took up half of the bun.

I got a snippy remark because I forgot to ask for salt and ketchup until they were handing me my food. This is what I got for extra breakfast sauce (I got no breakfast sauce) and light ice (i would have a second photo but i can only upload one).. WHICH IT SAID ON THE TICKET!

Horrible customer service. Some entitled teenagers who cannot comprehend normal requests and get pissy when you come back to get something they forgot. They take extra long on purpose afterwards and was ignoring an older man who was trying to order his food. Still didn't get everything I ordered I had to leave and get away from the Gen Z brainrot. (I am Gen Z too, but damn I'm not that stupid)

This is my favorite McDonald's in TC. The crew is very well managed and makes excellent food. My BigMac looked just like the pictures, my fries were hot and perfectly salted!

For this location. The crew is GREAT. AMAZING. Clear communication amongst the crew. Leadership is strong and not overbearing in the store. Everyone is loud and happy. Reason for review. Placed order. 12:05pm. I got the the store late, they decided to remake my order so it was fresh. This is excellent service and I'm grateful for this service, even though I was the one late.
