They sat my very pregnant wife and I on some kiddie stools and then forgot about us. Multiple people who ordered after us got food, forget even getting coffee/drinks. Whatever teenage boy at the register was totally lost and not communicating to the staff when he was sitting people. He did a really poor job managing orders at the counter vs orders from tables. We sat there for half an hour without anyone even talking to us. It was not even that busy, they’re just really bad at their jobs.

My son and I love M+P! Our go to is the Nutella and strawberry crepe. The street style way it comes; in a handheld customizable tear away cardboard pocket, makes for the cleanest crepe experience.
We are M+P frequent fliers, giving us the opportunity and pleasure of being served by different staff members. I've never had a bad experience. The kindness, gratitude, and peaceful atmosphere makes it easy to get cozy in their diverse seating options.
I highly recommend you give them a chance, you won't regret it!

We made a to-go order, and it took 25 minutes to receive 2 crepes (simple cinnamon sugar and Nutella and strawberry). Also, the crepe hardly had any cinnamon sugar! Very disappointing. The store had 3 other dine-in customers when we arrived. If the crepes take this long to make, a heads up would’ve been nice. We would have gone elsewhere due to time constraints. Staff was friendly, but the food was meh and took SO long to make.

Coffee was warm, inviting and good. Breakfast crepes were delicious! The chorizo was a little oily, but delicious - would definitely order it again! Plus that they were gluten free.

Tea was lukewarm, crepe was burnt on the outside and under salted in the inside. Wait staff was not very attentive.

Super cute place with amazing food and great staff! We were visiting for the weekend and both enjoyed our coffees and our crepes so much. The owner and our server were so kind. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

The Crepes were Magnificent. It is a family favorite! We tried GF, regular and a wide mix of savory and sweet options. My personal favorite is the TC Cherry. Can't wait to return for more!

A mimosa is $12 dollars, is served in a very small glass and was not mixed well at all. Tasted off as well, not sure if it was the orange juice or something. The food was delicious, but we had no cutlery for a very messy crepe which was inconvenient.

Well on vacation, we came over from Glen Arbor to visit a friend and agreed to meet here. What an incredible place. Food was out of this world, best crepes we have ever had. The staff couldn't have been friendlier and kinder. We will definitely be returning and couldn't recommend Millie and Pepper enough

Restaurantji Recommends
Very disappointed. I ordered a Cuban crepe. I think they forgot to spread mustard on the crepe and then at the end they put a huge amount of mustard on top. Service was non existent. I really felt that nobody was teaching the staff how to run a restaurant. Too many other choices for restaurants to waste your time here.

Had the Apple and Brie and it was one of the best things I've ever had. And I eat a lot of things. Daughter had the Berry and enjoyed it. I enjoyed the coffee, it was coffee shop quality. Service was fine. Our order was simple and it wasn't very busy. I can imagine if it was busy and you are an impatient person your mileage would vary.

Very disappointed with the customer service. We had placed a quick to-go order, but after being told by Cherry Fest staff to close our vendor tents due to an incoming storm, we decided it would be best to sit inside and eat. We asked if we could simply sit at the small bar area (not a full table), but the staff member rudely declined, stating they “don’t allow people with to-go orders to dine in,” even though the place was nearly empty — three open tables and available bar seating, with no one waiting.
Had she explained the policy politely or shown a little understanding of the situation, we would have gladly ordered more food, sat at a proper table, and tipped our server. Instead, the lack of basic courtesy and flexibility lost them our business. When it comes to hospitality, attitude matters — especially when the weather and circumstances are out of people’s control.

Good food, terrible coffee and even worse service. Waited 20 minutes for the terrible coffee. Waited 40 minutes for our food with no one else in the restaurant. Julia was our server and barely attended to us, the other servers seemed maybe a little better. By the way they have an 18% mandatory gratuity. Not worth it.
