The fruit served as a side to the Ruben I ordered was still FROZEN in the bowl, a few pieces on top were maybe fresh for appearance but the pineapple and melons were frozen solid. A lot to charge for frozen fruit side.
Waited 1 hour never even acknowledged I was there there and the restaurant wasn’t even busy ended up just leaving
We have the 2 on the Town card and Minerva's was on it. We had breakfast and it was exceptional. Very happy. We will be back.
The food was overdone and not edible. We ordered the specials for Valentines day. The server Anthony was great. The only enjoyable aspects of the meal were the appetizer of cherry BBQ wings and the Apple Stilton salad. Not sure if I would go back.
Nice staff and good food. Had a good time with friends.
since covid, Minervas has been a weak establishment. Stopped in today for the first time in a while & was very very pleased with our service. Sarah, our mixologist, is back & she is the BEST?? The manager, Scott, is making efforts to improve service, food & drink & atmosphere!!! Will be back soon!!
This was a verrry saddening breakfast. We hand my parents (grandparents) here to visit from out of town. I have been going to Minerva's for years and this was just sad. We, the five of us, went Sunday, October 27th for breakfast at approximately 10:30 a.m. The waitress came and took our drink order and food order 10 minutes later. We waited 15 for our drinks (coffee and waters) then an additional 30 minutes for our food. Between that time (45 minutes) the wait staff DID NOT stop by our table once to refill our drinks or to let us know about the wait on our order. My significant other had to go to the wait station to get the water and coffee carafe and pour us refills. There was absolutely no communication from the wait staff to us the patrons. $100 on breakfast and extremely embarrassed that I suggested going to Minerva's for breakfast. Awful??

We were at the top of the hotel bar for drinks and decided to give this place a try. We are locals and know the downtown TC dining well and had heard decent reviews.
Of four dinners two were average and two were way below.
Cajon chicken and pasta dish were fine.
House special prime rib and walleye were both way below expectations.
Wait staff was poorly trained and uninformed. When asked about the prime rib she didn't even know it was the special.
This place is not cheap and we expected way better.
Much better options available in the downtown area.

Visiting Traverse City from NWI and Lafayette . Chose Minerva's for lunch. Food was excellent, nice variety. But what stood out was the awesome customer service Tony gave the 7 of us. He was polite, friendly and made suggestions. Even went the extra mile . Came outside and brought my prescription sunglasses, which I forgot on the table. I really appreciated that. Try Minerva's you won't be disappointed.

Food is fine. It's an alright place to kill time and eat before checking in to your hotel room. I wouldn't come here purposefully other than that. Service is fine. It's incredibly dim in the restaurant.

Didn't get a chance. Stop to get my wife a hot tea and maybe a bagel or muffins because she was not feeling well. And the lady behind the bar snapped that they were closed for conversion from breakfast to lunch in a half hour. Not happening.
