Went back twice on our recent visit to Traverse City. Beautiful selection of plants adorning the place are for sale. Coffee is very good, as is the chai!

If you’re looking for a fresh environment and delicious food go here! The lime breakfast burrito was honestly the best I’ve ever had. My partner got the spinach feta pocket and that was also amazing! The coffee is just ok by itself but pretty good in a latte or specialty drink!

One of my favorite coffee houses to spend time at. Excellent beverages, (lavender latte's are my go to) service, and atmosphere. So comfortable to just spend time alone or with friends. Also, the plant choices are amazing. ???

Took my kid here to celebrate her driver's license. It's a bit nicer than Starbuck, so thought it would be a treat. It was a treat alright, for Mundos! Almost $40 for 2 teas and two pre-made microwaved "sandwiches." Of course we were squeezed to pay a 15% or higher tip on the screen. That irks me. No one even said hi to us and we have to order and pick up and they want at least a 15% tip?My teen ordered a raspberry hibiscus tea. There were no raspberries in it and it was very faintly flavored. She asked for sugar and the girl behind the counter pointed in the direction of the "condiments." My teen picked up what she thought was sugar (I make simple syrup at home for iced tea). However, the vessels were not labeled and poured that in her drink. It was creamer of some.kind and instantly it curdled in her drink. When I took her drink to the same girl behind the counter, she treated me like I was stupid and said that that happened because the tea is acidic and will curdle the cream. Then glared at me. I was not going to argue, so I sat back down.My teen was almost in tears. I then have my (tasty) oatmilk chai latte to my teen, let her eat the other half of my sandwich, and we left. Of course we had to bus our own table.I will not recommend this place nor will I visit on my own on purpose. I know its a popular meeting place so I will probably have to return at some point in time but if the choice is up to me i will ask we meet at Uncommon Good. Or McDonalds. They have good coffee and their employees are pleasant.

Lots of seating which is great. Even at 11am on a Saturday. Big fan of their Caramel latte and also Matcha latte. Avocado bowl is one of my fave food items.

Mundos HQ is an awesome spot to grab coffee with a friend or get work done. The environment is clean and relaxing with many plants throughout the shop for decor and for sale. Special lattes are available in addition to their normal menu (I currently love the peanut butter and cinnamon roll lattes). They also have a great selection of food. I’ve tried the good toast and chile lime burrito and enjoyed both. Many plugs are available throughout to plug in phones, laptops, or tablets for work. Bathrooms are very clean. Lots of parking available.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options include the veggie burrito, good toast, waffles, avocado toast, avocado bowl.Dietary restrictions: Mundos has many dairy free milk options available for coffee. They also have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free menu options.
Ordered a couple of coffees and they were okay; they needed to be mixed a little better which was an easy fix once we got back to our place. Inside was clean.

Great coffee shop. Prices a little high, but welcome to Traverse City. My main complaint, along with everyone else I talk to, is that you FILL THE COFFEE CUPS TOO HIGH!!!! Seriously. It is impossible to walk with them and everyone must walk .01 MPH with their drink back to their table. Just make them slightly below the rim of the cup as opposed basically overflowing. I have spoken.

My favorite coffee shop lately! I can't try anywhere else because I love the vibe and aesthetic so much. Not to mention, they really know how to make a cup of coffee! Normally, I dine in for 10-15, so my coffee and go. Last time, I took my laptop and set up office and I felt unbothered by neighbors with the high booths available.
Great and creative coffees, breakfast (cheddar lime breakfast burrito is my fav), wonderful atmosphere and staff are attentive, friendly and welcoming. Baked goods such as cookies, croissants are excellent.
Staff was not warm or welcoming. Disappointed with coffee size option (no ‘s’ added since it was 12 oz option only)Coffee was good, but would have liked a much bigger size.Gave them 2 stars since the pastry was good.

I came to pick up my to go order, sat on the bench for 12 minutes with no acknowledgment or even eye contact:/ I stood at the counter, same thing, several workers were behind the counter, along with my prepared meal and coffee (getting colder and less tasty by the minute), that was against the opposite wall from the pick up area:/ needless to say I won’t be ordering takeout online from main headquarters again have not had this problem with downtown location.Please take this as a teaching moment not a mean girl thing normally a big fan of Mundos!!:)
