UnFortunately, the overpriced old-fashioned that we ordered were very diluted tasting. Did you
OK, the ambience changed from previous visits that we were there for this felt more like a teenage crowd
We will not be back
Rooftop atmosphere was awesome but it was way too crowded. We waited almost an hour just to get a drink. The place was just too small for the amount of people that were there.

There was a $5 cover but no live music and they were out of half of their menu. food and drinks were okay, the atmosphere was nice, but still left disappointed
NOT ADA compliant at all.
First off, there is a long staircase to get up and it was a lot for my mom who is still recovering from a broken knee. Once we got up the stairs and found a spot to sit, we were very quickly asked to leave. The waiter/manager said they do not allow pets at the establishment. I tried to explain that my dog is indeed a service animal but the waiter said they only allow animals that provide “service.” I asked them what that means since my service dog does provide a service. I asked if he needed to see him wearing a service vest or something clearly displayed and if that would make it okay. He just replied with “the animal has to provide a service.”
My dog and I barely walked to a table and this person has already determined that my service dog provides me no service. Incredibly infuriating.
Not all service animals wear their service vests at all times. It was a beautiful day! His was in the car and could have been put on if needed but I guess I had the misperception that traverse city is a dog friendly town.
The waiter/manager really needs better training, he was unprofessional and extremely rude.

I went up to the bar to order a drink and when I went to sign the receipt I was immediately humiliated by the bartender. She announced to everyone that I will no longer be receiving service because I failed to tip. I prefer to tip in cash at the end of my night instead of on my card but she did not give me a chance to. I was appalled at how I was spoken to.

The female bartender was very very unfriendly. She should not be front of house dealing with customers. your bar lives on out of town customers, you didn't show well tonight.
A lot of people. Only one game people could play. Unique atmosphere but not in a bad way.

We sat at a table, watched 3 parties of various sizes sit around us afterwards and got our food last! I think we just got a bad server but we were trapped in this restaurant for an hour and half for 1 simple meal and 1 drink each.

Servers wouldn’t sever my party and myself because of our sexual orientation . “Bar back” said he can’t serve people, turned around and he was serving everyone else but us.
Discrimination towards my whole party which is unacceptable. If i were you I would keep yourself on the bottom level bar.
