Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

My wife and I sat at the bar and were served by a tall, young, blonde gentleman who was absolutely outstanding. It was the best service we’ve experienced in a long time - he went above and beyond in every way. Charismatic, positive, attentive, and quick to meet our needs, he truly impressed us. A hardworking and delightful young man. Regretfully his name slipped my mind.

It was good experience and the food was good

I order a stuffed chicken. Cut a piece and couldn't bite or chew due to the meat being raw. Let waitress know she sent it back. I kindly waited. Finally here comes my plate of stuffed chicken. Cut a piece off and it was worse then the 1st chicken. They wanted to try a 3rd time. I declined as I had my 3 year old with. They only took meal off my bill didn't offer anything else. After a 2nd failed attempt I won't be going back.

Very clean super fast service best waitress I've ever had food was good just wasn't 5 star good. My mixed drink was made to perfection. Great atmosphere and the place was packed.

Kid-friendliness: Our son loves the digital menu, gaming, and POS system. He loves there shrimp.

Shrimp scampi didn’t have a very good taste. Actually made me feel sick later. Asked for extra shrimp because it only had a few pieces. It wasn’t seasoned. Just plain. And was like 4.50 for about 5 pieces. Should have ordered shrimp Alfredo like I always do. So much better!!!!! Will never order scampi again

Our server was wonderful. The food was also pretty good and the salad was delicious. There was a slight wait but nothing too bad and there is also the choice to be notified when the table is ready via your phone.

This used to be our favorite restaurant in TC but the last couple times the food hasn't been great.

Hi viewers we ordered unlimited minestrone soup, as we are vegetarian. After one serving they say, “ We don’t have any more minestrone soup.” The server was very rude and disrespectful. Server abandoned us, and went to start talking to others. Server said “it’s all over they don’t have any soup left
.” . It’s afternoon and Olive Garden says they don’t have any soup. I was surprised as it’s unlimited and they should have prepared for this lunch rush. For the salad and breadsticks, they forgot croutons, delivery was super slow, and they also only gave THREE breadsticks at a time. Very rude manager and server. We won’t be coming back to this location.

Vegetarian options: Only one dish, Eggplant Parmigiana. Only one soup, Minestrone.

We have been twice this holiday week. Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. Both were speculated to be a 45-minute wait, which went over an hour. But, that is the only negative. Once you're seated, the staff was amazing, courteous, and timely. They represented the chain very well both times.

Wheelchair accessibility: One visit was during a snow storm, and the sidewalks for the Handicapped spaces were clear. The rest had to fend for themselves.
