My partner and I chose to eat lunch together at Olive Garden this evening our server Charles did an amazing job and was very attentive despite it being pretty busy but yet he never failed to make sure we where satisfied over all had a great experience and thank you Charles for making that possible!

I travel for work so subsequently I frequent a lot of different Olive Garden Restaurants. Usually, they have pretty high standards. This one here in Traverse City tho is the dumpster fire of all Olive Garden’s.

I’ve never been able to order carry out from here without it being late. I will say dayshift is very polite and apologetic about this. Evening staff, However especially the little blonde girl her Mom must be the manager or something… your food will be late and she will serve you an attitude. Or she’ll lose your order altogether and give you a totally different order.

Also want to mention I ordered from here four times before I decided you guys deserve this review. Do better in the future. Clearly, this is a management problem either complacency or lack of training.

Really disappointed in this olive garden. The waiter was incredibly rushed. He grated the cheese into both my waters. He took the salad before it was done. He seemed super annoyed about wanting to take leftovers home. He started bussing the table while we were all eating, which resulted in him reaching over multiple times- and asking multiple times while I was trying to eat. We were only there and seating for maybe 35minutes.
Just felt super unnecessary.

We took our daughter and her friend for my daughter’s birthday. I got the soup salad and breadsticks and got hair in my soup. I was left just having salad. I would have thought that would have been taken off the bill but it was not. I was offered more soup which I was a little afraid to try at that point. Our server was extremely slow we didn’t even get our water till our food arrived. We didn’t get drink refills unless we asked. We didn’t get any tomatoes in our salad until I asked for them. Our daughter is gluten free and they did accommodate that well. I don’t think I will go back.

Sadly my first visit was amazing, my second not so much. It took about 15 minutes for the bartender to come to the bar let alone ask me for my drink. I love a red wine & Gorgonzola cheese & steak pasta but the steak was like rubber. Almost like they ground something up, reformed it and called it steak. It was terrible. For a 40$ lunch it was unimpressive to say the least.
