Holy cow! This place amazing!

The vibe and atmosphere alone is so chic and bohemian! It’s a chill space with a lot of seating options and outdoor seating!

Service was amazing! Very friendly and prompt and for being a first timer and struggling with what to order, the person taking my order wasn’t wrong what to get!

I order an Iced Vanilla Latte (and being told that the vanilla syrup was homemade was definitely a draw), and also got an Outpost chop and all I can say is WOW!

*Add-On* The Spicy Italian, was a lot lol. If you aren’t ready for that much meat then this isn’t the sandwich for you. Kind of which it had alittle more of a kick but it was good.

**Add-On** On a cold chilly and rainy day, I had to get the tomato soup and let me say….WOW! It was so good! Also got the
Chicken Avocado, and my only small complaint is that I which it had MORE avocado.

Ambiance is great. We went several times. Coffee is very hit and miss. The older woman who works there is a bit rude and doesn’t seem at all interested in making it a good experience or pour a good espresso. Other employees are very nice. Food is fresh and good.

We loved the Brew. Great food and drink, fun atmosphere. The Outpost is a sad replacement. The atmosphere, menu and food were mediocre. They were out of several items. Will not return.

I sooo wanted to write a positive review… unfortunately in good Conscience I cannot. There are things that can make a business profitable or a failure. On this tip: u have a great business and product. Unfortunately your staff does not always meet the high standards that would/could make or break this business. While visiting the area this weekend I was very glad to run across this business. As I walked in i immediately felt a tenseness with the staff. The barista I encountered was flippant and darn right rude with the other employees also engaging in the same manner with customers. Unfortunately I have to say, I loved the latte but due to the vibe and attitude of the staff I won’t be returning. You can do better..

Looking for a great coffee shop in Traverse City? Check out Outpost! Their coffee is exceptional, and their pastries are absolutely delicious—perfect for a morning treat or afternoon pick-me-up.

Pretty place that...has no eggs ever. They routinely run of out ingredients. By 10am they were out of eggs and avocado. Just go send a person to grab more ingredients!

The food was delicious and the staff was pretty awesome. Instead of just telling us they were out of coleslaw for one of our sandwiches they made a fresh batch on the spot. Great communication when our food was taking long. Recommend giving them a try! We will be back for more yummy goodness.

I was born in TC but do not live here anymore and honestly really only leave reviews when I’m disappointed but WOW.
My husband and I spent the week here with my family and did a good bit of exploring as well as trying as many restaurants and bakeries as we could. This one left the biggest impact and I hate that we only got to stop by once.
We are pretty picky eaters as he used to be a fine dining chef in our foodie town but both of our sandwiches literally made us say “holy cow” and we couldn't decide which we liked more -The Pesto [something] and The Rachel. We also ordered about 5(?) different pastries and just like the sandwiches they were phenomenal. We could not put them down.
Even the plain latte I got was comparably better than most I had while in town.
The staff was super kind and patient and they were all smiling. I meant to come back and grab some souvenirs and am so sad I couldn’t. I absolutely adore Outpost and can’t wait to stop in when we visit next year!

Coffee is ok. It’s a bit off. Food was consistently available. Went looking fir sandwiches to take on a picnic and was informed that they just didn’t have any that day

Nice little coffee shop. They have easily accessible internet and they don't mind you hanging around if you need to. My wife had some work obligations to tend to on the last day of our honeymoon before we drove back downstate. We were there for at least a couple of hours. Had a couple chais and a parfait.

Went here for lunch with a friend. I was underwhelmed by my egg sandwich (super small and kinda meh) but her grilled cheese was to die for. Seriously. So good.

That and the staff were so nice!! Would go back just to give them more business. Small tables at the front had outlets which was nice but the cool booths at the back had no outlets. So beware anyone trying to camp out there and get work done!

Very friendly staff! Great to see the expanded hours and seating.

Haven’t tried much from the new menu but the matcha latte I got was below average, would not get again. And for $7 you’d hope it be great. Might have to return and try another a different a drink and maybe the food.
