Got a mozzarella and pepperoni pretza and oh my goodness! So delicious and perfectly warm! Cheese was gooey and hit the spot. Definitely stopping back in here. Perfect little treat to eat while walking front street.
We love their pretzels so much that we had them as our wedding late night bite. Highly recommend! Everyone LOVED Them!

It was 10 minutes past their posted closing time, maybe a little longer. My family and I were walking past, pointing and drooling over the idea of a soft pretzel but not thinking of it too much since they were closed. Then an employee opens the door and so kindly tells us they haven’t closed their tills yet and can get us a pretzel if we’d like one. After camping in a very remote spot with very basic food for three days, this sounded amazing! Not only were the employees so sweet, the pretzels themselves were amazing! Better than any others we have had, and we’ve tried quite a few! Our family wholeheartedly would recommend this place to anyone in Traverse City looking for a delicious snack!

I was gifted a soft pretzel I let sit for hours before eating, by the time I got around to eating it I was expecting it to be really bad...it was AMAZING! I thought if it's this good now how good are the fresh ones? I had to find out! I went to union st. and discovered that fresh it was the best soft pretzel I've had in my life! The storefront is very small so if it's busy it might be tight quarters but it was clean, menu items clearly posted, staff was delightful! You can see them making pretzels right there which is fun! If you like sauces (plain fan here) they have a ton of fun savory and sweet sauces! So glad I discovered this spot-it will be my go to when carb cravings hit!
