I will never be eating here again, which I’m sure doesn’t concern anyone, but I will share my experience. My $5 pretzel was fine, and after being coerced into a tip for handing me a pretzel, I was in over $6 in. Zero other customers and sideways cold rain in Traverse City. My daughter and I turned around to eat at the small ledge against the window. The teenager behind the register asked us not to eat inside because it was a small shop and she pointed to a little sign saying no indoor dining. I incredulously asked her if she wanted us to eat in the wind and rain, which she confirmed that she did. When I asked her to at least wipe the soaking wet seats (outside in December), she gave an audible and rude sigh and was passive aggressive and unpleasant.I now understand why I don’t see any customers here, ever. Rude teenagers and overpriced reheated pretzels. And a dumb rule not to eat inside despite a window ledge. Zero indication that you can’t eat inside until after you pay. I wonder what will go in this space next when this place goes out of business? I won’t miss you when you are gone.

We bought 2 regular pretzels with a side of cream cheese and cheese sauce with a coke. It ran us $14 and change. We sat outside at the tables on the sidewalk. It was quite breezy, but you could see the water and the buzz in town was quiet and calm. Perhaps everyone was at church. Either way, we enjoyed our food. The flavor was excellent!! Our service had been great. Overall a fabulous experience.

I normally don’t post but I got so annoyed I had to say something. I’ve been coming to this place every few months. The past three times something went wrong. First time I ordered stuff and received the wrong items. Another time the pretzels and hotdogs were burnt. I would have come back if I even knew but by the time I got home it was too late. The most recent, I specifically ordered the pumpkin special. When ordering I said pumpkin pretzel with cream cheese frosting. I did not receive the items I ordered. When I went back to get the order fixed all I got was “well I didn’t hear you”. Instead of trying to fix the issue or offering a solution he just looked at my like it was my fault. This was the last straw. I will not be going back to this place. The quality has gone down so much. Your prices are no longer worth the aggravation that happens each time.

Outside seating only, the inside is just big enough to order and wait. The pretzels are hot and soft and buttery, so good.

We tried both the plain classic pretzel and the pepperoni pretza and those were both great! Decent price point and great service too.

Just finished eating two of their regular large soft pretzels, and they were amazing. We got the garlic dip and atomic mustard, and both were DELICIOUS. They were super friendly, and when their machine went down, they gave us our order for free even though we asked several time if they were sure. Super friendly, and we're for sure going to return. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.Parking: There's quite a bit of parking in the area, but it is mostly street meter parking. We used the Park mobile app and had no issues.

This is located downtown TC and is a fantastic snack on the go. This was honestly one of the best soft pretzels I've ever tasted, it was all in the dough.
