I ordered online on the app and my mistake. I put the wrong time so I spent three hours trying to call the store or restaurant rather to let them know. Hey I got the wrong time. Can I change it please? Well they never answered so when I showed up there and I told her what was going on, all she said was yeah that’s what other people said too. Something‘s wrong with our phone. No sorry no hey let me make it right. No nothing.

Heads up to anyone ordering delivery with Door Dash. Pizza Hut contracts DD drivers to deliver for them BUT the sneaky restaurant will keep some or all of the drivers tip. If ordering delivery for pizza hut with a delivery service such as DD, grubhub, etc...tip your driver cash. The restaurant steals what isn't theirs & as a driver, we work harder than the establishments employees do to get your food to you hot & fresh. The more drivers catch on to the BS, the more pizza hut customers will suffer.

Paid extra for ranch. And guess what...no ranch...it's literally the only thing that makes the wings and breadstciks tolerable....I guess the guys are happy..
I was treated horribly! I ordered a pizza Tuesday afternoon did not receive pizza, nobody at restaurant tried to fix the problem. Now I have to wait until Friday to speak to a manager. My pizza cost 28.65 and got no pizza. Who does that, and when I went to restaurant a girl with rotten teeth disrespected me and wouldn’t get manager to resolve problem. Pizza Hut stoled from me. What pizza place doesn’t deliver your pizza and refuse to fix it. I will never order from them again. Other people are very upset that I’m being treated this way and refuse to order there. Ordered take out Marguerita Pizza twice in one month and BOTH times we ordered extra pesto AND BOTH times we not only did not get extra we got NONE. Obviously their employees need to be trained better. Very disappointing!

Pizza hut uses Doordash Delivery & Ordering on line. On the Doordash app There is no "Taco Pizza" ?🤷♀️ So I called Pizza Hut & Elizabeth was very kind & helpful with my order. 👍 It arrived hot, smelled great but looked very different🧐 from the one I ordered 1year ago. It did taste the same! Having the sour cream, salsa side's. Thank you 😋
Vegetarian options: You know what you like on your vedgie pizza & they have it. You know what you like in your pasta & they have it.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes & they will accommodate. Large groups call ahead 🙂
