This came up as a go to place to try. Unfortunately didn't get there until after 2pm, to which the pastries weren't as fresh BUT... still was tasty.

Customer service was spot on and the sweets were good too. We honestly prefer Johanns in Petoskey and Harbor Sorings but Potters is definitely our 2nd fave! Lots of choices and delish!

Went early on a Sunday morning. Got 3 donuts. Two of them were filled with jelly and custard. They were frozen in the middle and dry. They were gross and we couldn’t eat them.

Went to get Donuts today, but the owner was feeling sad there is a war in Gaza, so he closed for the day, but made his employees stay and mop. Virtually every day there is a war somewhere on earth. Why didn't he close for all those wars in the middle east? If he can't function when there is conflict in the world maybe he should retire.

Expensive. Cookies were $4.25 apiece. The pumpkin spice donut was very dry. Staff was pleasant. the "Li'l Becky" was OK but also dry and a little crumbly. The owner supports wiping Israel off the map.

Purchased donuts for my employees. They would not eat them. Dry and hard, not at all what I expected from potters.

I was recommended to visit this place when I was traveling to Traverse City, Michigan and I recommend you to visit them too! I love walking into bakeries and that sweet smell of the pastries hits you in the face, and especially ones like Potters bakery with inviting employees and so soft donuts! I was originally only going to by three donuts and ended up walking out with half a dozen because they all looked so good! The filling in the donuts were plentiful and went well with the donut itself. They have so much more than donuts though that is worth trying for sure.

Amazing donuts and cookies, but the best part of the experience is the friendly helpful counter staff. Thanks for being so welcoming so early in the morning.

Disappointed First time customer

I was very disappointed with my donuts. As it is they were kinda pricey. But I really don’t mind paying if it’s worth it. I took my donuts home and out the bag and my nutty donut were gross. It was like they got wet I don’t know what happen to them. I had the little nutty donut hole before and they tasted good. This was the regular size donut. I seen on the receipt they offer a refund. But such an inconvenience to drive the way back and have to wait in line. Especially when you worked all night. Who wants a wet & cold nutty donut. I know I don’t. Sorry Pottery Bakery. You got a thumbs down from me.!

Very disappointing! I know this place has made many people all over happy with their donuts. But sorry I don't try them again! I don't like throwing away my money.
