QDOBA Mexican Eats

I don't know what it is about this location but I have given them about 6 chances to not be as awful as they are every single time. I don't know whether it's the management or the owners but they clearly instruct their employees to routinely rip their customers off. I visit the Cadillac location several times monthly and can't even think of one instance I've had the same problem there.

Whether it's just omitting items on the order, barely adding any of an item (not talking using the corporate amount, I am talking 2 individual slices of red onion, 7 small pieces of chicken), or ignoring the extra on the ticket EVERY SINGLE TIME. It gets old. I get more of an item I order regular amounts of at other Qdobas than I get here when I order extra. They only fill catering chips bags about 1/5th full compared to the nearly full bags you get at literally any other location.

I normally wouldn't even take the time to post a review but it has to be intentional how terrible they handle the food orders here.

Owners/management: fix this stuff because it's ridiculous. Why are you basically stealing money from your customers every single day?

Ordered guac and salsas it wasn’t on my bowl, i did not order no tomato’s or jalapeños, rice is hard and crunchy

I never write reviews, but I must say this was the worst Qdoba location I’ve been to. They barely put any meat and cheese on my tacos, even after I asked twice. It was disproportionate, there was a fat slop of pico de gallo on one taco, then light on the other two. My mom paid for a full side of chicken, but only got a sliver of it and had to pay full price. Disappointing $25 spent.

Never in my life have I actually been prompted to write a review because it is such a waste of time, but today I am. Every time I have came in for the past few months this guy with red hair is always working, and every time I order a burrito, he has never once made it correct even when I repeat what I like multiple times. Every. Single. Time. He never wraps my burrito right either and yes this may not seem like a big deal but I am absolutely livid because its not that hard to make a burito because I have made them MANY times. I cant even pick up my burrito without it completely falling apart and yes this is stupid that im really sitting here writing this.

It was 1110 when I walked in, 2 ladies in front of me and we waited 20 minutes for the workers to finish making mobile orders BEFORE taking ours. Then when it was my turn the younger lady who asked me what I wanted, I replied a burrito instead of a bowl, she put brown rice on which is fine then proceeds to say im sorry I have to make this mobile order real quick , waited again , they were training a new guy, but for 18 dollars I got a very disappointing burrito with barely any steak and a bunch of broken chips, wont be back

Night of 10/7 got food. Workers super irritated to have to make food with 1hr left. Super rude,food thrown together sloppy. Un edible. Hope a owner reads this.

This is the table we had to sit at because the floors were disgusting the seats were disgusting food wasn't fresh!!the apology doesn't replace our food or atmosphere, the owner got a hold of us and offered a apology, that don't fix the money we wasted on their food!!!

I do not eat fast food often, but have stopped here on occasion. It seems that each time, the staff are rude, annoyed to be working, and make me feel unwelcome. I do not think I will ever return.

i love qdoba so much, but this experience i encountered made me question why i dropped $40. i went in asked for a cheese crusted quesadilla, no problem there get to the meat portion i ask for steak, the lady looked at me and told me no. i was a little taken back and just went with it and said ground beef, my boyfriend behind me orders the same thing asks for steak she tells him okay! what?!? why?! very sadenning, then to end it off my quesadilla was barely a quesadilla it was so sloppy and pretty much wore most of it. maybe i’ll try the other location:(
