I ate at this restaurant last Summer, and it was fun! But the atmosphere has gone down hill, and the new manager is too weird. Apparently, a number of restaurants have weird managers here right now....too bad.

Our food was great! Travis, was our waiter was on his 2nd day without a trainer and was nice, easy going, funny, helpful and confident. Denny was I believe the manager on duty who checked on us as well! He was very polite. He gave me some fun facts about the lobsters since I was looking at them. He even let me take a picture holding it since I was taking a picture of it moving around more then the others to my bf! Best Red Lobster in Michigan!

Mason was a very thoughtful and gracious server. I am on a restricted diet and he offered suggestions. I offered the grilled trout and my brother had steak and lobster. Both entries were hot and delicious.

When we first walked in it took someone 15 minutes to greet us and seat us. It was very slow. Probably should have a host up front no matter how slow it was. Servers were friendly. Food was and felt cold. I have to say my steak was good and lobster flatbread was good. But my lobster and husband's lobster was cold and my Mac and cheese was semi cold. Biscuit were slightly under cooked. My son's fries were semi cold.Women's bathroom was very clean and dinning was clean. My husband said mens bathroom was also clean. My husband a chef for a living. We still left a 20 percent tip for the service. We both work in the food service industry. We are only criticism so you guys do better happy people makes a happy environment for all.

I love the red lobster in Traver city. The food is always on par with the service. Both are amazing and love to go there when the chance show it self.
