Red Lobster

We had a reservation and showed up, and a sign on the table said they were closed due to unforeseen staffing issues. No text, no cancellation notice via OpenTable.

Had a great experience at Red Lobster. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you expect when you’re craving seafood. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits were warm and addictive as always, and the entrées were cooked just right. Service was friendly, attentive, and made the visit relaxed and enjoyable. Solid atmosphere, good portions, and consistent quality. Definitely a place I’d come back to when the seafood craving hits.

Cheerful and attentive server in the busy throng of groups celebrating the Christmas holiday. It is so expensive to eat out anymore. We both had shrimp with broccoli as our sides, water to drink, and we split a salad. Food was good and hot, broccoli was fixed perfectly.

Not the local problem. A salad with dinner is not part of the meal unless you pay a upgrade..bad move red lobster. This move will have a influence on my next dinning experience. Pulling different dressings away from customers is another bad move. No blue cheese? Pulling thousand island.not what i wanted hope they can get the menu to fit patrons

We went to Red lobster for our son's birthday. He loves seafood and was so excited to go. When we arrived the manager greeted us and asked if we were celebrating anything special. We told him it was our son's birthday and from there the service was extraordinary. He got a lobster out for our children to touch and hold. Then he gave our children, necklaces and certificates of lobster handling. He checked on our table multiple times. The staff brought a complementary dessert and card signed by the entire staff at the restaurant. From the manager to all the servers, everyone was polite and courteous and made the experience one he'll never forget.

This was my first time sitting down and eating inside. Myself and my fiancé enjoyed our experience so much! Our server Tiia, extremely kind and efficient! She was timely and asked us the right questions! She hooked us right up and we look forward to dining in again!

Always good food until we decided to try new seafood bag.....totally unimpressed,potato uncooked, corn overcooked and lobster tail rediculously small. I don't think this was a good way to relaunch red lobster.

Traverse City on US 31. Great experience. Server Travis attentive and friendly. Manager Denny made our visit extra special by engaging us in conversation, ensuring happiness, and showing our child the lobsters.

Came in for shrimp alfredo but wanted to try fried shrimp and grilled asparagus. My waitress, Sarah gave me a suggestion that was affordable and smaller portion since I know I was not going to eat it all by myself. The food was amazing. My waitress was amazing. It was a fantastic suggestion. Highly suggest going to Red lobster next time you're in town.
