Really liked their take on a Wedge Salad.. Being from California never had Perch before so I can't really say how it is vs. others but I like it. Not Cheap but big portions, enough for dinner the next day.
We make a special stop any time we visit TC just for the whitefish Benedict. Incredible 10/10
This is our second time eating here. It is surprisingly top notch! The whitefish pate is the best we have ever had. Their date salmon is our favorite. The wait staff is wonderful as well!
TripAdvisor says this is the #1 Restaurant and it shows! The entire place looks new! Food & Service second to none.
We ordered a flat bread, the Mediterranean, and it was delicious. I definitely recommend this restaurant.
Bistro with a wide ranging menu, but set in a hotel lobby with views of a car park. Service started off well - help seating us ahead of our reservation time and with diet restricted options - but fell away as staff seemed distracted by a large, noisy group in the restaurant. Large portions, but entrees were not great quality.
No vegetarian entree offered other than fish. The broccolini was too salty and undercooked. The cheesecake was delicious. The salmon was excellent.
Food was okay. It felt more like this place was trying to be high end, but just isn’t. It’s in the Cambria hotel, so look for that if you drive there to prevent missing the entrance.

I have been going to Reflect Bistro for years. It i/was my favorite place to eat in the entire NW region of MI. The last three times I have been there within the month of March, the food was “almost” good. I love the walleye sandwich but now the bun has changed, there is barely any sauce on the dry roll and I think it is a different sauce— who knows since there is very little on the bun. Secondly, I love the Lake Huron Yellow Perch dinner. There use to be a very light breading on the perch but now the breading is 2/3 of the fish piece. Our group was there for Restaurant Week and the two of us that have been to Reflect before noticed a decline in quality. Unfortunately, Reflect did not gain new diners and lost two. If, as I think I have read, there is a new owner, they need to shape up or they will be losing more than the 14 of our dinner party.
Service and atmosphere were excellent as always. Thank you, Michelle.

We have had good food here before, but the restaurant week fajitas were unchewable. Dessert was a dissappintment as well. Good salad, but for $100...

Starting from the time we arrived, we were greeted by both the customer advocates for Cambria and the team at Reflect Bistro. We were escorted to our table. Every employee was friendly. Our server, Michelle, welcomed us with a smile and enthusiastic demeanor. She explained the menu and also made us feel very welcomed. The service was exceptional. Kudos to Chef, every course was prepared and presented to the table promptly and with flair. We will be returning and will definitely request Michelle! Thank you for a great night out with friends.
The fajitas for restaurant week were flavorful, but neither my husband nor I could chew the meat. It was tough.
It was a pleasurable dining experience! The server visited us shortly after we were seated and took our drink orders. She was very attentive to our needs throughout our time at the restaurant. As always, the food was excellent! We can recommend the Reflect Bistro to others without hesitation.
We had a wonderful evening and our food was amazing. It was so good, we went back the next night for dinner again.
